UPDATED: >>>> I got a phone call a few months ago from the owner apologizing about all of the things that went wrong with my order. She was sincere & very apologetic. I really appreciate that she took the steps to set things right, in order to keep her customers happy. After the phone call with her, Id definitely use Anders Printing again. >>>>> I really wanted to give these guys a good review. I really wanted them to be my go-to place for wedding invitations and announcements. But Id be crazy to use them again. They caused a lot of problems and embarrassment for me. My clients order wasnt correct, and Anders continued to call them and not me about everything when I told them on 5 separate occasions "please call me not the bride and groom with questions". The biggest problem that I had when using Anders Printing was when, they printed the entire order in the wrong color, then they contacted the bride, (who didnt want to be contacted about the print job) and tried to see if shed take a price discount and have messed up wedding invitations rather than re-printing the order. It was basically like they though they could go around me and get her to take their mistake. They even offered to knock off a fraction of the cost of the invitation package although the entire order was printed incorrectly. Needless to say, we didnt go for it. The sucky part is they specialize in wedding invitations, and have pretty decent prices, and Id love to use them again. I just do not want to go through the hassle of dealing with their staff ever again because of how unprofessional they were and how many times I had to apologize to my clients for their mistakes.

I had the best experience with Anders working on our wedding printings and loved supporting a local business right in my neighborhood. We used Anders for our Save the Dates, wedding invitations, and day-of-items (programs, table numbers, menus, and thank you gift) and Meghan was so easy to work with and provided great guidance and design suggestions from the beginning. All of our printables had a cohesive look without all matching exactly and our style was captured perfectly with Meghans designs.

I like to make a point of buying local. On three occasions I have tried to work with Anders Printing Company. They are rude and short tempered. I dont know much about the printing but questions about the process are met with exasperation. Questions about pricing are met with hostility. It seems that they are overwhelmed but that is not an excuse for this level of rudeness. It is sad but I will never return to Anders due to horrible customer service and their product is mediocre at best.

These people deserve every star I can give them. So great at their jobs and so friendly. Always a smiling face and always a helpful suggestion. They made some of the most beautiful wedding invites I have ever seen for my wedding this Aug! I am so excited to send them out. They made me feel proud to have used them!!

We got our wedding invites printed here and they were so wonderful to work with!!! I had put it off and needed its done asap and they worked with me to get the proofs approved quickly and the invites were sent in time. I used a design my sister had made but they have made beautiful designs to choose from.
