I dont know if Rebecca ( I THINK thats her name) is the store manager but the only way I can describe her is rude, abrasive and difficult to work with. I dont even want to admit how much money I have probably poured into this store for supplies I need for business but I DREAD when I see her.... and for some God awful reason, she is always the person I have to deal with. I normally wouldnt lodge a complaint, but she has consistently been nasty to work with. She does an excellent job making you feel like youre an idiot or wasting her time. One day I was trying to dig up a coupon on my phone and she had the nerve to take my phone out of my hand without asking. Its a hike for me, but the people at novi or auburn hills are far more polite and courteous.

This place is ok. Its extremly over priced and you really should go with their coupon ( you can get them right off there website) if you dont you will be over paying. 3 stars because its convenient and close by. Fabrics are decent only sell in yard width which kinda stinks. But I wont lie, I buy all my sewing stuff there just not machines

Not all Jo-Ann Fabrics are created equal. Having been to another one first that was poor, this one was noticeably fully stocked with good selection and helpful support. For me, this is a longer drive, but worth it since the first one was out of so many things and had poor selection. White Lake Jo-Ann Fabrics is great.

Cane to this location after another didnt have enough of what we needed. This one had great selection, shelves well stocked. Overall impressed after being at another location. Staff was great at both locations. This one is worth the extra drive for us.

Large selection but often difficult to find what you need. Similar items are scattered around the store based more on the type of project the item is used on rather than grouping similar items together

Selection on everything is terrible and 90% of the employees are old, ornery, senior women who act like they cant be bothered. Every time I walk in is a waste of minutes.
