Went in to get specialty paper, they did not have it but I ended up buying something similar from their store. My company is tax exempt and I asked if they could remove the tax. The manager came over and mumbled something, and I restated that I needed my purchase to be tax exempt. The manager stated "no I asked what company" very rudely. I explained I did not hear him and he rudely went on after I told him our company. Be more kind, better customer service gets you farther. Wont be returning to this over priced Ann Arbor, snobby store.
