A typical Jo-Ann fabric store but the staff... they are generally friendly, but to a fault. Every time we go in there it takes far too long to get fabric cut or to check out because many of their employees seem more concerned with holding conversations with their friends than actually waiting on the customers. Our last visit had two women working the cutting counter and a line of 5 people. The first woman carried on a 15 minute conversation (not fabric related)with her friend the customer, while the other employee wrapped ribbon, ignoring the increasing line. Something like this happens every time we visit. I have no problem with employees socializing when its dead but when there is a line its just unprofessional and rude to the other customers.

I dont know why Im reading that had great customer service. I asked where the vinyl repair kit was the girl at the register was busy so she couldnt show me so she told me where to go and then I stood by fabric and the lady theyre pointed her finger towards the back and gave me three different number Isles to go down. One not one time did she make the attempt they even bring me to where she thought it was. Then I was told they were closing in 15 minutes. The lady at fabric should have helped me considering there were only closing in 15 minutes . The right thing to do for a customer if she should have helped me look for it instead of just pointing your finger and telling me where I should look. I will never walk into that store again

What can I say, its fabric and craft stuff lol. They have a habit of doing useless coupons like 60% off an item that isnt on sale when almost everything is always on sale, but still decent prices.

There are no diaper changing station and no where to change a diaper, also when I went in the other day a lady, I assume was a manager, was very disrespectful to me and another employee.

Staff is helpful, and there are usually sales on most available fabrics. As someone new to sewing, its nice to have a place where you can ask a lot of questions.
