My wedding is in May and Ive been purchasing all of my flowers for Michaels to complete the bouquets, boutonnieres, table decor, decoration for the cake, etc. Today I went in with flowers I realized I didnt need as many of as I thought and the necessary receipts. The problem was that receipts were passed their expiration so I was afraid they could not be taken back. The associate was very patient with me as I explained my dilemma and the manager was great about allowing me to return the unneeded flowers. I was able to get a store credit (which was perfect because I just wanted to buy more flowers in different styles anyways). I just wanted to say thank you to the great staff and wonderful management. I am so glad that Ive done all of my wedding flowers through Michaels and I will continue to shop here because they are so kind and caring towards the customers.

Went in to Michaels yesterday and so many of the aisles were practically empty. Literally nothing on any shelves or hooks. No employees could be found anywhere. They didnt have much so I was going to buy a couple things there and go to JoAnns for the rest but when I seen the long line with only one cashier I dropped what I had and went to JoAnns which had everything I needed and the shelves were full. This store has been terrible since it moved to this new location.

Fantastic I was trying to find a memory book for my Father in laws funeral for friend to leave their fondest memory to make a copy for the grand & greats so they will never forget our wonderful who went to be his wife of 65 years in heaven. Thank all of them that helped me and cried with me.

Lots of stuff. Was not sure of all that they had in this store and still dont know all of it. Very large store. Plenty of arts & crafts. We will definitely be going back.
