I have been shopping at this Hobby lobby for years. Over the last 10 months my experiences here have driven to become a customer of Micheals. The management here specifically Arturo have surprised me. I have shopped at HL since I have been old enough to drive myself to the store. I had always had great experiences. If something was damaged they would discount it and offered a discount for military members. Other HLs offer military discount on top of their everyday sales and prices. This manager in particular has been rude on multiple occasions to the point even the staff apologize for his actions and people behind me in line commenting on his attitude and behavior. I personally have worked in customer service and know that it gets stressful but you should never take your attitude into work much less treat your customers badly. I will not be back to this Hobby Lobby. I will go to micheals or drive to Hobby Lobby in Lawrencville before I shop here ever again. You can thank your rude manager Arturo.

I bought some large sheets of drawing paper that were a somewhat expensive splurge for me. The cashier said that she was not equipped to roll the paper to secure it from damage. (Thats the way it is normally treated in good art supplies stores with well trained staff.) Then she said I didnt need a bag for the paper either. Im curious how she would have gotten the paper to her car and then home clean and undamaged. Huge sheets of paper flapping in the breeze as she fumbled with the keys, perhaps. Not the way I like to do things.

Im a guy that isnt really into arts and crafts or home decorating, so Im a bit out of my element in here. Ive only been to Hobby Lobby twice - different ones at that. Both times to get something matted and framed. Both times, the employee went above and beyond the call as far as customer service. Thats my opinion, but based on experience. Ill go back in the future for real.

One of my favorite stores in ATHENS. Its a pretty big store, with lots of quality products on there shelf. They are always have super sales and can find just about anything I need every time I go in. The store is layed out very well and easily accessible.

Great place to get your diploma framed. Mine came out looking very professional and you can tell they have experience doing 1000s of these. Print off the coupon online to save some money on the glass.

Store has no order. Workers are not entirely knowledgeable about item location. And selection is not that great for sewing craft hobbies. Couldnt find some simple metal parts for my project.
