Outstanding service in the framing department. Ask for JENNIFER! She shared my excitement about my project and then some. She helped my find the right frame/matting at a price that fit my budget, and she did so with patience and enthusiasm. Michaels has awesome technology that allows you to preview any combination of frame/matting around your piece of art, at any size, at the push of a button, AND accurately preview the cost. I got a great final product at a great price. Highly recommend; the service was phenomenal.

Awesome sales all the time! Theyll even take the time to help you find online coupons to use. Great selections from beads to frames to paints... Sooo many great Scrapbooking supplies...and any other craft or hobby you can think of! We get our Pinewood Derby essentials here every year as well! I keep hearing about a new craft place but have yet to even be tempted to check it out because Michaels has always had everything Ive needed!!

We went to check out and the gentleman at the counter told us about a coupon we could access from our phones to get 40% off one item. It was so awesome because it saved us $60! Not only was he super helpful but he was nice, quick and seemed to genuinely care about the customers.
