Will never go to Hobby Lobby again. Took my 11 year old granddaughter shopping to spend some gift cards and make a couple of returns. She was so excited because she was finding great deals. Made an easy exchange at Justice and Campus Den even though she didnt have a receipt. Got great discounts at Michaels then went to Hobby Lobby. She was so excited to find the paper she wanted 50 percent off according to the sign on the end cap holding the paper. She picked out the colors she wanted making sure it was the brand listed on the sign. Went to check out and it rang up full price. I stopped her as she was about to swipe her gift card to question the price. Cashier said the paper was on sale last week but offered to check when we mentioned the sign stating sometimes they forget to remove sale signs. She called back to the department and was told there was no sign. We both then stated exactly where we saw the sign and she called back a second time and was told again there was no sign. We both clearly saw the sign and even double checked it to make sure she had the right paper. They would not honor the price cut and I looked at my granddaughter who was about to learn a lesson and asked her what she thought we should do. We both looked at the cashier said thank you and walked out.

I love this place. You can furnish your entire home with what is in this store. Its not all crafts though whatever your hobby you will probably find what you need here. If you join with the Hobby Lobby app you will receive a weekly coupon for 40% off any regular price item. They have a huge amount of merchandise on sale all of the time.

Spent about 3hours here with my mother and fiance finding things for our wedding. We found almost everything by our selves thanks to the clean layout of the building. However when we couldnt find something the employees were available to help.
