Overall good experience. Although, there was one dork who about as helpful as someone who doesnt want to be bothered with helping someone.... the old guy with grey hair... yeah, you, flunky.... Fortunately, other people who work there ARE helpful. Also, the lady who checked me out was a Doll.... she told me to use my smart phone and get 40% off the high ticket item... saved me a lot of lolly....

Lived near lansing for 10 years and shopped at this location frequently. All of the employees were very friendly and helpful, not to mention Hobby Lobby itself is just freakin amazing. The only problem I ever ran into was the occassion product that was sold out but thats not really anybodys fault, the stock warehouse would sometimes run out of certain items that were in high demand.

Horrible time here. My boyfriend and I were followed around by 2 different employees thinking we were going to steal something. And the manager stared at us as we left. So I told him we were followed by two of his employees and he laughed and said "sorry you feel that way." We were actually going to buy stuff. No wonder hobby lobby is going out of business.

I am addicted to going to hobby lobby, they always have great discounts, and offer 40% and 50% coupons that you can pull up on your phone and simply show the cashier. Staff is very helpful and pleasant!!
