I am a college student near this particular Hobby Lobby, and I often go here for art supplies as I take a Studio Art class. Well, my most recent trip involved buying wooden crafts, paint, 2 wooden letters and gems to decorate fun, personalized plaques for some friends for a birthday. The total rang up quite cheap and at that time, I was impressed. Once in the car to head home, I sifted through the bag to find that the gems were not there and the receipt showing they had not been rung up, so we turned around to purchase what had not been rung up, but clearly placed on the counter. At that moment, it was no big deal, until I was home and realized TWO other essential items had not been rung up. I am thoroughly disappointed and frustrated that after setting down seven items, the cashier neglected to see three that I had placed on the counter. Now, Ill take some responsibility for not watching her carefully, but its frustrating nonetheless, especially since they close on Sundays and that was my next best opportunity to go. Lesson learned: although not our job, watch the cashier to ensure that they are ringing up ALL items so you wont have to revisit the store again, and therefore waste more time. Hobby Lobby cashiers, please be more diligent. Thank you.

Currently in this location and would give 4 stars, but I dont really appreciate the cashier giving me an attitude over the barcode. I wasnt aware that hobby lobby doesnt scan barcodes like almost every other store in existance. There were a few things I wanted to come back and pick up, but due to this incident Ill go elsewhere and spend more money at a store where they at least act like they value their customers

I can happily say that I have had a bad experience at this Hobby Lobby, but when I spoke to a manager about it I feel like everything was solved, and no hard feelings. Theyve always been friendly and I enjoy shopping here. If I have a question, I am able to get a solid answer. This place is huge and they have an extensive collection of crafting items. I would recommend this store to others.

The prices are right but the staff there is almost alway so rude! They always seem like they dont want to help you (odd, considering they are a Christian company). The cashiers never try to make small talk or pretend to care about your or your service! I say these people need to take a cue from Target which is their Fast, fun and friendly motto!

The place was clean and nice but when u ask an employee where something in the store was they just pointed and said over in that direction some place. Thats not the kinda help I was expecting. So after finding what we needed on our own pretty much. We paid for what we were getting and then left.

Pinched my nose and went here looking for something specific (I have a strong distaste for the company). The store seems well run and the staff were friendly. Couldnt find what I needed but it was a last chance type of thing anyway.
