DONT ORDER ONLINE AND HAVE ANYTHING SHIPPED TO THIS PARTICULAR STORE... In all of the years that I have been ordering online with Walmart and picking uo at the store around the holidays this is the first time EVER! that I have had something shipped to the store and the item has been lost. I ordered an item for a specific occasion on Nov. 28th, I received an email on Dec. 5th saying my item will be received at the store on Dec. 6th, but to not pick it up until I received another email for pick up. On Thursday Dec. 8th I still had not received an email so I called spoke to a manager and she said she would look. She later called back and said she did not see it and to give it another day or 2 because it may not have been received yet. On Saturday Dec.10th I called the online number and they said they could refund my money because it shows the item was shipped to the store but they couldnt replace the item because it was sold out! Of course! So I called the store again just to see if they could recheck and the lady told me that the item could be lost IN THE STORE! Im lost if you have the truck that specifically brings items in for pick up/are labeled for pick up with serial numbers on them that identify the product and you have a specific area that holds only pick up items how the hell did the item get lost in the store? Sounds more like in house theft to me more than just something getting lost. Im all for human era once in awhile but an item fresh off of a truck doesnt just get "lost". To top if all off through this entire fiasco I never received a phone call/email to say that my item was lost. If I hadnt called they wouldve continued to keep my money and my item and I wouldve been out of both. Do better Walmart this is what you get our money for. I also add that Ive never had any issues like this with your Baltimore stores. Ijs.

The self check out person was so helpful (Mr. Henry) but this other worker that was on her break was unprofessional with her smock on that says Walmart. I am a disabled woman who was just trying to pay for my purchase.......when Mr. Henry came ova to a ssist me & I needed to due partial payments but my items was bagged at the checkout & I rolled ova to the main register so Mr. Henry could cash my order out .....when a man came ova we both said thats my stuff sitting there but when Walmart Staff Lady came ova there we said the same thing so she walked to another machine.......that customer guy was talking to another associate guy a b out me & my stuff.....when I heard him talking about me I said somethings to the fact that ....why would U attempt to use a machine when U see packed up items on the machine??? I said use your common since .....to the guy & the Walmart Lady blurts out something ugly & I blurt out IM NOT TALKING TO U....& she shouts at me ...BUT IM TALKING TO U THOUGH......I said to her IF THIS SITUATION FITS HER ....THEN IM TALKING TO U TOO!! Another co-worker had to get her attention for her to stop talking to me like she was. I goes to shop at Warlmart alot & when I get there I dont want to be going threw incidents like this one EVERY T IME I want to shop at that store. O told the manager Ms. Joyce about that persons behavior & another staff lady was telling he b efore I was finished paying f or my items.

Very poor experience at your Landover Hills, Md store! I was headed in your store 20 minutes before i had to drop my fiance at work for a quick subway breakfast when i noticed an EOS lip balm was priced at $1.92. I hastily grabbed it under the impression it was on sale and headed to the register. There i was informed it was improperly priced. That wasnt a problem but i was informing them that there was a whole row full of them, not just one so how could i be wrong? I was really pressed for time but the cashier told me she needed to get someone else to help me out further. So i waited and waited and eventually i was taken to Kate. I am assuming that she works for the beauty or pharmacy section. As soon as i saw her i couldnt really understand her but her attitude reflected nothing but impatience and annoyance towards me. She told me she would not give it to me for the price because the other ones were priced at one dollar more and dismissed me by proceeding to work. I had to leave seeing as though now i am late and i couldnt get a simple chap-stick for the price they placed it as. I went to take a picture but they had removed the entire row along with the sticker. I work in customer service and there was none what so ever. I was bounced around for 30 minutes with different associates. What was supposed to be a simple shopping experience turned into an uninviting rude staff run around.

There are so many things wrong with this Walmart. First, its disheveled and disorganized. The merchandise is very rarely stocked and often sits on pallets in the center of the floor, I once had an employee tell me in response to a query about the empty land-line phone display that were all probably on a pallet that stood next to the aisle we were in and I should come back in a few days! Outrageous! Most of the staff are curt at best and consistently rude and impertinent at worst. They generally dont want to answer question or dont know the answer and are loathe to go out of their way to find out. There are a few exceptions, for example recently a gentleman working in the hardware aisle was nice enough to walk me directly to the liquid plumber which was not in his section. He was very courteous. The cashiers dont greet you when you walk up or say thank you when the sale is over and while I certainly understand their chagrin working in such a horrible environment it is part of their job to at least pretend to be pleasant. One of the more disturbing and baffling things I have seen at this Walmart are the roaming blackouts. The lights cycle on and off in areas of the store making it harder to see merchandise and contributing to the overall skeevy appearance of the store. Ive been to many Walmarts but only this one has this feature. Its scary and makes me feel unsafe shopping there.

I hate this place , worst customer service ever !!! I placed an order online for pick up , so I received an email saying it was ready for pick up I go to pick up my order and there is a ridculous line and people fusing over the fact the had been waiting for a while. I had just got out of work so I just wanted to come home and rest so I left didnt have energy to argue. After being home I receive another message saying thank you for picking up your order ? What order if I wasnt even able to pick up my order because the line was too dam long I called customer service to figure out if my order had been given to someone else and so far Ive been on hold for 45 mins What type of customer service is this ? I should not be waiting so long to get helped or so long to get an order I have already paid for and anticipated picking up the same day They would call for help and get the mangers but no one ever showed up These employees are bad at their jobs they get paid for doing nothing worst employees ever Lazy and slow you Guys should really do something about this because all youre doing is losing customers so as I repeat worst Walmart I have ever been to! Bad service and horrible employees
