I despise this Wal-Mart, the Waldorf location and Id even venture to say all remaining Wal-Marts in the Northeast region of the United States, but that wouldnt be fair now would it?? Growing up in Georgia I craved Walmart SuperCenters. It was always a one-stop-shop. From groceries to apparel to virtually anything. And need I mention the 24/7 convenience?! I was so serious about waking up at 3am and going to Wallys World for some Chocolate Malt Balls (Whoppers) cravings. Honnnn-T! And then I had the divine pleasure of living in Arkansas for a few years....chillllle Walmart Headquarters/Corporate is located in Arkansas and their Walmarts were definitely getting my dollars---cha-ching! Flashback: I moved to Maryland and I heard a rumor that there are "no SuperCenters and they close daily at 11pm." Say what now? Run that by me "one more again." [Insert what I really said here!!!] So alright.....to give benefit of the doubt I go & check out these stores that call themselves a Walmart. If nothing else, the store better be clean, stocked and well-managed. I mean you arent 24/7 so you should have plenty of time to cleanup and restock, without customers in the way. Nope! None of the above. Its a shameful mess. So literally within the first 6 months of living in Maryland, Id visited at least 3 different Walmarts and they were all the same. Disorganized, Disheveled, Disappointing....just Disheartening. So I stopped going. Cold Turkey. Target, albeit higher prices, has been my replacement ever since and rightly so. Present Day: I was searching high & low for a particular item and could not find it anywhere! I was still searching online and finally I saw that this item was in stock at a nearby Walmart. I almost said forget it because I had refused to ever set foot in any Walmarts in this area....ever again. But my husband convinced me to at least see if it was there. It wasnt in stock--go figure. (How many of you guessed that???) Tried another nearby store where they claimed the item was there--it wasnt. They lied again. Lol. Right. I wasnt even mad. Its what they do and fool me twice, shame on me. Oh & dont believe Walmart when they say "2-Day Shipping" online. Not true; itll be at your home in say, about 4 or 5 days, maybe longer. This is why Walmart will continue to always be a multinational retailing corporation....by lying and selling low to the indigent. Bye Walmart and all yall Felishas. Hi Target.

As always the Clinton Walmart didnt fail to disappoint. This is by far the worst Walmart store I have ever been in! I went in to purchase a car battery this morning. As is the normal operating procedures for this store items were placed in the wrong spot, there were pallets strewn in the walkways and the overall condition of the store was abysmal. This morning as I approached the automotive section there was an associate that had her music loaded into the car audio display and was playing it so loud you could hear it from the front of the store. Accepting this is status quo I went and retrieved the battery I needed from the rack and proceeded to the front of the store. Upon checkout I was told that the automotive section was open at 7 oclock and that I could get my core deposit back for the old battery. So I completed my purchase took the new battery to my car and returned to the back to give the old battery back and get my core charge refund. When I got back to the automotive section it was right on 7 oclock and nobody was there so I hit the customer service button. After a 17 minute wait a man in a white shirt came and directed me to the customer service desk at the front of the store to retrieve my core refund. He informed me that the automotive section did not open until 8 oclock. Perhaps they had the hours of the automotive section posted but I was so frustrated I neglected to look. 45 minutes for a battery purchase and I knew which one to get. If you can avoid this store do so! I honestly would rather slam my nuts in a drawer then go back in there again.

I tried to call the Wal-Mart hotline to get a copy of a receipt...apparently they are too busy because after waiting on hold for ~15 minutes, they disconnect the call and instruct you to call/go to store. I tried to call this store several times but their main number was not working. When I called individual departments I was just transferred around and eventually disconnected. I went to the store, waited in line for quite a while to speak with customer service, they told me they had to page someone to help with my request. I waited again for quite a while to have them tell me no one was available and to try back in an hour. Ive tried to call the hotline several more times but it always has the same result where Im eventually disconnected. I called the store today and waited on hold for over 20 minutes before I hung up and called back, just to be put right back on hold again waiting for a manager apparently. Currently on hold with them now and still waiting... Seems like Ill NEVER get a copy of this receipt to get reimbursed... ***UPDATE*** I gave up trying to get this receipt and never got reimbursed...this is a TERRIBLE Wal-Mart with some of the WORST customer service Ive ever seen.

So today I was on a Mission.. and that was to find the Hairspray Live! Soundtrack which came out on Friday 10/9/16. And today I went back to the new releases and located the cds and none of them were out . I then located the Walmart app on my phone and then looked up the item which said In Stock At this location and I asked a worker named Joan please DONT ask her cause she said nope I dont care what that app says when dont have it but This has happened before with other cd but it was on the store floor . And then I was in this location for almost 2 1/2 hours looking for this darn cd. And then They didnt have store managers on the floor which I asked to speak with and then the lady said that i spoke with one already but nobody came to the back to look for the electronics to help me . Then I go back up to the return desk and finally they call the department manager and she locates the UPC # and it says they have 3 on floor but nobody was able to locate them and then Joan buts in and says I already told u but she wasnt a vendor . Which Idk understand why Walmart even has a vendor in the first place . But then nobody was able to locate the item which I was looking for for close to 2 hours

The automotive department is a joke and the lack of professionalism and common sense is staggering. I went there twice in one week and the level of service I received was appalling. When I went in for an oil change, they let me wander the store for an hour and a half waiting to tell me when I returned to check on my car that they couldnt get the valve of and had done no work. Apparently at no point did it occur to anyone to call me despite asking for my phone number when I dropped the vehicle off. I went to a Mr Tire and was out of there, oil change complete within an hour which leads me to believe the problem at Walmart was due to the mechanics incompetence rather than any difficulty posed by the machine. I came back - I know Im a sucker for punishment- to buy a tire and was told that they didnt have my size tire in stock as they "are cleaning out the trailer where the tires are stored so all the tires are in storage". Thats right, this Walmart restricted its own capacity to sell things to clean out a trailer. I will never get my vehicle services here again regardless of how cheap it is. Go somewhere else to deal with rational professionals instead of whoever was hired here.
