Please be very wary of getting your pictures taken at THIS Target Portrait Studio. The staff is ill-informed about their policy regarding PETS. I was personally told by someone who worked in the studio that they do accept pets if its the last appointment of the day. After that conversation, I purchased my Groupon, made the appointment via the call center and thought I was set. I received a call on Tuesday confirming our appointment (for Saturday) from the studio who at that time said they dont allow pets which was VERY frustrating. I told her that I spoke to someone from the Studio prior to purchasing the Groupon so I requested to speak to the manager. The manager called me back 2 days later, he explained that they dont allow pets. He also tried to imply that I was misinformed because it was booked via the call center. Again that did not happen because in order to reach the studio, you need to call a different number as they cant transfer within the store as its separately owned from Target. Prior to his call, I received a cancellation from the studio and was offended that no one took the time to discuss this issue with me. So I told the manager to education his staff on the policies of that store because that is the only reason why I bought the Groupon. Needless to say, this studio (which is NOT part of Target) will not receive my business and hope others be wary of this poorly run operation.

Last night at 6:40 I went into the Photo Lab to develop some 35mm film pictures from my family vacation. There was no one behind the dest at first, so I stood around for a couple minutes waiting. An older female employee came grumbling past me, and stood behind the desk with no eye-contact and said in a very put-out tone, "Ok. What do you want?" I told her I would like a roll of 35mm film developed. She rolled her eyes and told me very sharply, "You do know we close at nine dont you? Id really rather not do this right now. Its going to take 1 1/2 to 2 hours to do this. [I was the ONLY customer there in line, and the lab equipment wasnt in use!] If you really need these done, I guess I can do it. But Id really rather not." There was no way I was going to leave my film with this rude woman. (Her badge name was "De"). She started stammering and stuttering her repeated excuses, but I ended up just walking away. I wont be back. This Target photolab has most certainly lost my buisness, and Im seriously considering calling in a complaint to customer service. Anyone reading this should seriously consider getting your film developed elsewhere- the Customer serive was simply abysmal.

I just took toddler for a photo session on a Sunday afternoon. It is the holiday season and they were running about 15 minutes behind, but that was very expected this time of year. The associates told me how many people were ahead as soon as I checked in so I would be aware. I was appreciative of the information!! It was worth the wait! Andre did the positioning in the room while Joshua was taking the photos for our session. I was very impressed with both of them. Other places I have used have the same person positioning and taking the pictures and that just doesnt work with an active toddler. Andre didnt push when the toddler didnt like the position or wasnt able to hold it. He just moved one which I appreciated so much! They captured the main shot I was looking for and I am so pleased with how the pictures came out. Great work! I will be back again. I was referred to this portrait studio by a family member who has been taking her kids for years. So glad I listened!

When I went in today to pick up a purchase from guest services, the service was friendly and helpful. However, I needed to change my sons diaper, but the family restroom was "out of order" and the womens room had no changing tables (plus the bathroom was pretty filthy, so I didnt dare even attempt to change my son on the floor...ew!). However, I ran into some issues with this Target last week. I am a product tester and had to purchase Arctic Zero frozen treats for a product test - this test was with Target and this location was on the list of participating locations. However, even after I showed documented proof, I got a lot of attitude from the assistant manager (?) assisting with ringing me up, constantly insisting that they dont take coupons/vouchers for free items. He behaved very unprofessionally.

I feel like the your lady manager(I guess she is the manager becuase she always follow you to the checkout to watch if you have stolen anything or if the cashier are your friends) and the cashiers think everyone as thieves(follow, peer, watch the checkout ). Why dont they install the round cameras like walmart? It is very uncomfortable to shop in this store. I have been to many target stores, this is the only one I have this feeling, including the very old man to the young girl, from the manager to the ones who put stuff in the shelves. They must have you in their eyesight even you are looking at the dollar stuff. It is unbelievable terrible experience. I guess many employees in this store stole stuff from this store. I prefer to buy stuff online in future.

Had a 6:15pm appointment to take family pictures. When we checked in at 6:05pm the photo studio employee told us it would be over an hour wait. She asked us did we want to wait or come back at a later date. My wife asked her about our appointment time. The photo studio employee said that time was only a check in time and not the actual photo session time. I think this idea is ridiculous and if this is part of Target protocol when appointments are made this should be explained to people looking to get their photos taken. Not to mention the young lady at the counter did not seem to enthused about assisting customers.I would not recommend Target to any of my friends to have photos taken.

Came in today to buy a couple things and went to self checkout and there were two employees there yammering with each other while one seem to be checking herself out about as slowly as possible. As the line filled up one of them took a minute to tell us that we were lined up incorrectly while the other one used her walkie talkie to tell her co-workers that she would be there in a minute. So I assume she was wasting everyones time while on the clock. If youre going to stand there and override prices for your friends and coworkers its probably not a good idea to do it in front of a long line of irritated customers that would like to use that kiosk.

I went into Target to EXCHANGE my 5 yr olds shoes for a larger size. I had my receipt, they had never been worn other than to try them on and they charged me a $5 re-stocking fee to get a larger size. I was confused on why they would charge a fee and then asked for a manager. The manager said that this is a fee that is paid towards putting the shoes back in their inventory. The kicker was that I bought them on sale for $8 and had to spend more than 50% of the purchase price just to get a bigger size. If there are no diclosures on the receipt or in the shoe department, how can they just randomly charge fees?
