They do know how to speak English and say thank you when they take your money...how ever one of there own of Asian decent was very rude to me. I addressed the issue with management and they walked away and ignored me as if I didnt say anything at all. I will not be back and It is my belief that they do not particulary care for African Americans as it relates to customer service...I was a faithful customer and was totally thrown off when one of there own disrespected me and they did nothing or addressed the issue. I asked the lady is this how they address clients and they said yes...I asked her was her English good did she understand and she did...Im like wow...as a people we have to demand Better respect when spending our money.....please its not that serious, I know it May be convenient, but take your money some where else so that we can show them that we demand respect when it comes to spending our money....doing this will change the way they handle business...as African Americans we have spending power!!!

I went to this place in the hopes of getting a wig, with no idea what to look for. So obviously because Im black, I was just followed around the section like a criminal. Not that I even looked like one, considering I had just come from classes. I ended up picking what I THOUGHT was a wig, but when I opened it in my car out of excitement, it was only a ball of wefted hair. Annoyed, I walked back into the store and asked for an exchange or something; I felt like it was fade advertisement to have wefted hair on a mannequin like some kind of wig and have it labeled as "WVG", so people with bad eyes and no experience can buy the wrong thing and not their money back. They dont refund anything. The manager literally laughed at me and told me I should have asked questions and it took everything in me not to punch him. I will not be returning to this place and I sincerely hope that it sets on fire. Total waste of time and money with a pathetic excuse for customer service. I wish I could give them negative stars.

do not shop here if you value your worth as a black woman. I went in here to purchase a wig because I like to switch things up. The Asian attendant who guards the wigs, had the audacity to tell me I could not try on numerous wigs because she has seen me before with my son in his stroller in another beauty supply store that she worked at. I always try a lot of wigs and I never purchase any. I was so taken aback and so angry because I dont even live around here so there is no way that this lady could have seen me any where. I went on to tell her that not all black women with babies in strollers look the same. She felt the need to repeat the same sentiments. I had to walk away before I said some things I would surely regret. DO NOT SHOP HERE. You would think that the mere fact that 99% of the people that shop here are African Americans, they would be more socially conscious. Guest thats to much to ask for.

This place a great selection of wigs. They also have people who speak English, so you can ask questions and get an answer. Also I have called around to other stores looking for wigs and most stores wont look or tell you prices...but they will tell you if they have the wig in stock, what colors they have, and how much it cost! Great prices! And if you cant find the hair youre looking for, there is another really big beauty supply store right up the street going towards Riverdale (about 5 miles, give or take a few) at the intersection of Hwy 85 and Hwy 138!

I have been coming here for about 5 years but today the service in the wig department is awful. The black girl was not assisting us. She was on the phone the whole time. She then waited on another customer that came in 10 minutes after we did. After serving the other customer she finally asked did we need help. As a matter of fact we are still in the store right now.

This is a huge store and they do have a lot of products but there is never anyone to help you with questions or suggestions. I am huge on customer service and they are lacking is that department.
