Jason did a fantastic job installing a double din head unit in my car, so I took my car, again, to Jason to have a backup camera installed. In both cases, he exceeded my expectations. The stereo looks like it came with the car, and he took the time and made the effort to be sure that everything was perfect. With the backup camera, there was a small obstacle to overcome owing to the difference in design of the camera and the car. I suggested to Jason that he could take a shortcut, if it made the install easier. He adamantly opposed my suggestion, and insisted on making the effort to do it the "best" way, not the "fastest." This attitude is very rare in this day and age, and is a great example of why Jason has so many loyal repeat customers, myself included. This is the kind of guy who you feel lucky to have found, and who you can trust and recommend without hesitation. I give Sound Waves an enthusiastic 5-star rating. Look no further, you simply wont find anyone who will do a better job.

Sound Waves installed my remote car starter three years ago and provided excellent friendly service. Recently, I sat at the Toyota dealership in Lakewood for two and a half hours as they attempted to sync my remote door lock key which had stopped working. The charge would be $67.00. The service person informed me that it would not sync and the alternative was to purchase a new key for $130.00. I stopped by Sound Waves because the remote lock situation affected my remote starter. Jason gladly looked at my car on the spot, simply Googled the directions for syncing the key, replaced a part to fix my starter all in 15 minutes and charged me a minimal fee. Thats good customer service! Give your business to Sound Waves.

I had gotten a Remote Starter for Christmas. I made my appointment with Sound Waves who were so nice to work around my work schedule so I could get it installed. I cant say enough how much I love my Remote Starter and how wonderful the people at Sound Waves were to walk me through how to use the Remote Starter and take the time to answer all my questions. I have been going to sound waves for years. Jason installed my second auto remote start in 2011, as I am not very technically oriented, I always mess up some how. But each and every visit back to jason, he had been very friendly and courteous, these visits are never his fault and he has never charged me ever for my bad. When I get another car, he will be installing my third as well. Highly recommend!!!!

I bought a soft top for a jeep wrangler as a gift. I was struggling with the install. I called the place I ordered fro no help no pictured . I called sound wave they answered right away. He said stop by anytime lets take a look. So super helpful!! Took the time while he had a customer there to show me what I needed to do. Got back did the install and boom done!!! My husband went there to try to get some advice on how to remove an old CD player from my car. A small job turned into a big job, and they were so patient and accommodating. He actually paid them more than they asked for because he felt it wasnt enough for all the work they did. Highly recommended, nice guys.

HAd a auto start installed here did a great job. Went back to get a sound system upgrade in my car and completely ripped me off and did a horrible job on the install. practically screwed the amp in the middle of the trunk. Definitly not worth the money nor the headache.

Had a bad connection somewhere in my hid lights running from the ballast to the relay. They were able to troubleshoot the issue very quickly and I was in and out of there in maybe 10 min. These guys know their stuff.
