Called HVC because my computer was running hot and I had some issues on windows. The drop off was easy to find; it is right on main street at Jacks Rhythms. I filled out a form and got a copy; they took the computer to Beacon where Paul took a look at it. He called me with a fair estimate to resolve all my issues. Needless to say, I am very happy with their service and would recommend them to anyone! Paul is very knowledgeable about how a computer works and explains everything thoroughly to you. My computer is running very fast and no longer feels like its going to melt! I will definitely be using them again for repairs and when I am ready to build a desktop! Thanks HVC!

Amazing service! They take your computer to the main repair shop in Beacon and bring it back fixed. I had my macbook pro screen ordered, replaced and back in my hands in 3 days! I spoke with Paul on the phone and he was very helpful and I would recommend him to anyone!
