I shop here for certain items that I dont see elsewhere however, the checkout experience is always the same. One cashier and a long line of customers. Not to mention that you have to answer 20 questions on the key pad before even paying for your items. Very annoying to say the least.

no one on floor to help find things. person at customer service points vaguely when asked. no signs marking departments much less what is in each aisle. in middle of store you cannot tell which way is front. check out is veerry slooow. avoid Kmart if you can.

I HATE this Kmart its always something wrong with the computers its barely anyone working just hope you can get what you need with out asking them its going to take for ever cause they have to find someone to help you! And there lines are always long
