Would not recommend if is your first time buying major appliance or computers, very dishonest employees, they would lie in order to make a sell especially if you are minority and dont speak english, manager dont care, seem to be she or he is the person who teach this manner to their team, went to buy a computer and they try to sell me an open box, by saying is new, better order online and pick up in store, so you dont have to deal blue shirt or apple expert like they seem to be. Never go alone take somebody with you, Spanish people are very easy target if you dont like something or smell fishy, just walk away, if you dont like the way you are threat, walk away to an other best buy. The whole team of best buy include apple representative and manager need an intensive course of customer service or how to communicate with humans. They are not giving anything for free, you will pay with your hard working money, so ask for help or any question before you paying, dont let them to take you right away to the register to rip off your money, again if you dont like something report, take a picture or video as evidence, report to Better Business Bureau. Me and my wife were looking to buy a DSLR camera. Not all the cameras were displayed so the only way to know what the camera we were interested in would look like would have been to buy it. We had to find a sales associate who walked away from us before we could ask more questions. I found another associate and let them know I was interested in looking at a particular camera in its box. The associate used his radio to alert someone that I wanted to look at a camera when they "get the chance". 10 minutes later and me and my wife were waiting. We ended up leaving. Figured this Best Buy wanted our money less than we wanted to spend it. If you are looking for a place that deserves the money you work hard to earn, this is not it.

I purchased a TV online for in store pickup and was went in about two hours later, I was told my item was not ready yet and id have to wait for them to find my item in the back which was totally okay, i sat around for about an hour and a half waiting for them to "Find" my item. I ended up having to cancel my order because i was out of time to wait. I understand that i didnt receive confirmation that my item was ready for pick up, but the employee that was sent to "find" my item was not even in the back looking. I just think they could have done a much better job with the situation. Shouldnt the inventory system tell them exactly where my item is located in the back?? Kinda shitty service if you ask me.

Bad service. When in there to buy a TV. I already knew what i wanted but needed help clarifying somethings in terms of the the image quality. I asked one of the floor assistant for help and she told me to give her a sec and wait. I waited for more than 10 minutes and she still wasnt done doing whatever she was doing nor did she send another else over. I when and stook in a face so she can see that im waiting and she still didnt pay me no mind. after few extra minutes of waiting, I stepped out the store, took my car and when to the bestbuy around columbus circle and there it was a near in and out.

This best buy is very disrespectfull to its customers I asked for help and got this real rude little woman who greeted me with a what do u want? just seem to be annoyed with her job I believe her name was layla and she was so nasty and when I told her to relax and she walked away from me and called security I wasnt getting rude or nothing with anyone just wanted help and I got kicked out very horrible bestbuy I wont even go in on the other rude manager named Eric Ill leave that review for another horrible day they need brand new management and staff

Hakim, whose a sales associate for gaming, stopped what he was doing in the gaming department, to come over and help my family and I select the best mac computer for our needs. I was a little uncertain about which one to get, and he patiently went over each laptops info, step by step in detail, until we finally made a decision, lol. He was also able to multi task and help others at the same time. He was awesome actually. If youre looking for a knowledgeable, polite, and customer friendly associate, come see him :)

As I typically dont write review but today was a must. I went to best buy because I purchase my Apple TV there. My apple TV would not turn on. I was informed by the Geek Squad that I needed an update and it would cost me $29 for hem to do it. I think thats ridiculous to try to charge a customer $29 for something that is free and as simple as a system update. This is very bad service. lets not forget the tech giants that failed because of bad service. BestBuy dont become the next Circuit City.

Excellent customer service, fun employees to talk to (except one female who currently works there at the main registers, she looks bored) and constantly making sure you find what you need. EDIT: My last review was nearly a year from this new update, and it has gone from excellent to poor service. You no longer have staff seeking to assist you, most of the current ones are young and arrogant and definitely will not walk you to where you need to go to find a specific item.

Ive had mixed feelings with this store...Ive seen both good and bad but it seems like when you really are in a bind.....most of the staff arent totally knowledgable to the fact that on a handful of times the staff will literally read off the detail card and spit back the infomation right back to me....Any normal individual can do that but this is where ive seen this same thing happen time and time again. Youre probably better off searching for your item beforehand.

Yeah, I agree. The service is horrible. I tried to contact them via cell phone just to ask a simple question.. 30 minutes had past and no one still has picked up. I saw a reviewer here going to the same problem as I am and that was over a year ago that the reviewer posted this issue and its still hasnt been fixed. This store shouldnt run a company if they arent helping there customers out. Just wasted 30 minutes of my life and an extra 5 writing this review

This place has the worst service went in there to buy a tablet and asked for assistance had to wait no problem but then after he was done assisting the other customer another customers comes and asks for help and goes with them and left me waiting so I walked out they should really start paying attention because thats how RadioShack went under with bad service Im not shopping here anymore and dont know about shopping at any other Best Buy either
