HORRIBLE customer service. Went there on May 22nd in the middle of the afternoon. A sea of blue shirts in a nearly empty store and yet all the employees could do was point you to another employee, because they were all too busy with finishing their personal conversations. We had to chase the Samsung representative all over the store. He had the running jacket on, but refused to run to get the Galaxy Tab S we wanted. He showed us the 16GB, when we asked about the 32gb version he said "you can put a chip in it". We asked, again, about the 32GB and he said "but thats the flagship model, its more expensive". We asked him to show us the 32gb model and he said "just a minute" and went to polish the counter. We asked him, again, and he went to have a lengthy conversation in Spanish that had nothing to do with any brand or model and did not result in the man buying anything. We asked him, to just get us the box since it was obvious he couldnt be bothered showing us anything, and he said he had to get the key. We watched him have yet another personal discussion with now a group of blue shirts. We watched this for three minutes, before angrily walking over and asking him why he wasnt bringing us the Galaxy Tab S. He said "oh. she has the keys" referring to the manager, who immediately threw up her hands and said "You didnt say you needed the keys!" and gave him the keys. We told her "Worst customer service ever!" and she said "Im sorry" and slinked away. Samsung Running Jacket sashayed over to the cashier, gave a deep sigh, and asked "is there anything ELSE I can help you with?". I was too through! "Anything ELSE?! You havent helped us at all!". So he rolled his eyes and floated away. I usually buy these things online, and thats just what Ill continue to do in the future, $600 impulse shopping be damned. Fast food corporations are better able to manage lazy young workers sweating in a greasy kitchen. So why cant Best Buy train the divas at this store to actually do their jobs and show the product, rather than just pointing at blue separator walls, as if we all have x-ray vision, or trying to find "someone else who can help you" before drifting off to continue watching the clock until break. Never again will I enter this store. They need to FIRE that male employee in the Samsung jacket or put him in the back doing stock!

Worst best buy store in the universe. First attempt , I went to the location to purchase a 55" sony Bravia tv ... After waiting for an associate for 15 minutes, the gentleman that helped me had no Idea about televisions and could not explain to me the features that the Bravia had, so went down the block to pc Richards had a great salesman he sold me the tv and 5 year warranty. Second attempt, I went to this best buy to purchase the wireless USB adapter for my new Sony tv , I asked a associate in the tv section if he knew where they where located. He went into his computer and told me that there was another best buy 15 minutes away that had 5, I said ok and proceeded to get directions from him, then he admits to me that he showed for 2 in the store but that the box was too small and he would not be able to find it in such a big store. I was in shock !!! So I asked him in a ideal world where would the be placed, he looked around the corner from his station and said to me " they would be here" he pointed and guess what ... THERE WAS 3 IN FRONT OF HIS FACE !!!! I almost felt like blowing up !!! But I kept my cool purchased the USB adapter and left. Third and last attempt I go to buy a matching blue ray player for my tv , I see a sign that says $89.99 for a sony blue Ray player , right underneath the sign there are three Sony blue Ray players. I grab one when the lady rings it up it says $149.99 , the store manager comes over and first and foremost does not even say hi sir my name is Leonard, he says " whats the problem here!" I state my claim about the misleading price and for the record is was my mistake not seeing the price above , he states in the rudest tone anyone can ever have "Sir common sense will tell you that was not the price for that item" so I say back thank you for stating that I have no common sense , he comes back with " yor welcome, your welcome, your welcome" how rude and obnoxious can a store manager be to a customer ?

My experience: - The Geek Squad rep told me on the phone that they had my laptop memory upgrade in stock. So I came in, waited in line for a while at Geek Squad, and was told they couldnt sell me memory - I had to go over to the computer department. There they rang me up, and then I got to wait. - As it turns out, many products, such as computer memory and Windows software, are kept locked up in glass cases. Although there are many employees in the store, only one - the manager - had the keys to open these cases. I probably spent around 45 minutes waiting for the manager to come and open the case containing the memory I had purchased, despite asking a number of employees to help find him. No one seemed to care. - Once the manager arrived and opened the case for me, I discover ... I had been sold a desktop memory upgrade, not the laptop memory I had requested. In fact, they did not have my laptop memory in stock. - Back to Geek Squad to express my displeasure, again waiting in line. When they get back around to me, they suggest substituting a different laptop memory stick instead of the one I had asked for. They are "100% sure" it would work. So I wait in line again, this time at customer service, to exchange my unwanted desktop memory for the laptop memory. Finally, after almost two hours I am out of the store. - I get home and I find that their suggested substitution does not work. So, I have to come back tomorrow and return it. Bottom line: incorrect information given, very poor service, hours of wasted time. In future I will be taking my business elsewhere.

It was my girlfriends birthday I wanted to get her an ereader (hope im saying it right), so I go the section where they are unfortunately they didnt have the one i wanted and had been researching for a while no biggie. So i proceed to look at the other ones they had, now ill be honest im not big on technology so im not sure what some stuff is or does so I try to find someone to help me and no one is around to help me I wait atleast 20 minutes for someone to help me and he was helpful i was just going to call my girlfirned to see which one she preferred took 2 min when i look up hes no where to be found, mind you im ready to purchase and go home. So another 20 minutes goes by and countless employees pass by me its not until an employee just coming into work that i got helped me told him which one i wanted and he told oone of the employees that had the key to get the one i wanted so i can purchase it, "ok, hell be right back with it" he said. 10 minutes go by im standing in front of the guy and he looks at me is if i were an alien or something, so i ask him "ummm, i want the nook reader i thought you were going to get it" he atleast apologizes to me and gets me what i asked for. So he rung me up and i guess he didnt know how to use it because he was going back and forth grabbing one after the other and didnt know how scan it we had to wait for the manager to do it. It took me an hour when it couldve taken me no more than 15 min. We ended up returning it and exchanging it for a nook color anyways which also was a long process same problem and everything.
