As a new home owner, I am buying a washer and dryer for the first time. I was not given guidance of the type of venting needed for my dryer - left side venting. The dryer was delivered and needed to be sent back to be vented. It was quick turnaround for a new washer and dryer, except when it was delivered, the washing machine was damaged. When I try to call customer service at this location, it rings for awhile and then disconnects. Overall, this has been a very frustrating process and I would not recommend making an appliance purchase from this location. As a follow up, I waited another week/missed work again to wait for a new delivery. The delivery company came with the new washing machine, but did not have the stacking kit for the washer and dryer, because the previous delivery guys took it last week.

Purchased a Mattress and when it was delivered it was the wrong item, and part of the other item was missing. Now instead of fixing the mistake right away, I had to spend a day and half trying to get someone on the phone to help me. The customer service was horrible. I had to physically go back into the store and FIND someone to help me. In the long run I was finally helped and the problem was fixed, but only after I lost lots of time from work, lots of aggravation, and horrible service. I will never ever purchase anything from this store, because if you have a issue you are on your own. The General manager was very nice and he did help me with no questions asked, but it should have never got to this point.

I genuinely wish you could give a place zero stars. A horrible experience from beginning to end. Waited in line for 20 minutes with NO acknowledgement of the wait from the people behind the counter. The woman behind me spoke Spanish to the technician and somehow cut in front of me to get her car serviced. Then when I went to go pay for the services, the clerk, Abraham was rude and abrupt and snapped at the customer in front of me for putting the battery down on the counter. I will NEVER go back there ever again. No wonder Sears is tanking.

I went there to buy a simple bottle of motor oil for my car. I went to check out, but the crappy cashier told me: " I dont get paid to check out motor oil."......WHAT!?! She walked away. Your a cashier or sales associate your suppose to check out customers items. SMH.... Long story short, I had to go over to another department to get it checked out. Crappy, rude, vile workers isnt the way to gain customers. Dont shop here. Just go somewhere else.

Impossible to get anyone on the phone! Call no one answers so it automatically hangs up on you. Over and over again. I had to personally go to the store and still spent an hour looking for help. If you call after hours youll reach the people in the Philippines who are worse then here in NY!!! OMG! Sears what happened to you? :(:::::

Appliance department (dishwashers, ovens, etc.) is under staffed, and most of the staff know very little. The one or two employees who know anything are overworked and not speedy. I tried to buy a Sears appliance here twice in 3 years, most recently today, and wlll never try again. Perhaps Ill buy from Sears online.

Sears is one of the worst stores on earth, the good thing is I dont see them staying in business much longer. The people are horrible, incompetent and rude. The stores are like a scavanger hunt to find anything in stock. And dont even get me started about my registry....
