After shopping at 3 other places, who were like - "hey, were doing you a favor - letting you buy from us" the customer service service people were so unhelpful. Then we discovered Len Harris online. The owner was really helpful and cooperative and made buying our washer a stress free and happy experience. We TOTALLY LOVE the LG washer!!! Its beautiful, washes SO clean and dry and look beautiful. Delivery was 1 or 2 days. Len Harris delivery men not only helped with installation, they took the old washer for a v reasonable price. Now we need a new refrigerator and this is where well go. I feel like a valued customer here.

I placed an online order and was never contacted regarding the order. When I called inquiring about my shipment I was told the online price was wrong and that they wouldnt honor the price. The gentleman on the phone was rude and hung up on me when I stated they should honor their price. I will never deal with this company again.

The sales experience was great. We walked in the store and explained to Len what air conditioner broke and needed to be replaced. He recognized our old model which was 32 years old and offered us replacements. We also went with their installation service. Very professional and very clean work. Couldnt be happier.
