Horrible business practices!!! My father and I looked at a 07 Dodge Dakota on a Friday....it was listed at 9k, we offered 7....the owner said hell sell it to us for 8500 OUT THE DOOR...we said okay and looked at some more.... Called Monday morning from the bank and advised Chad we were coming with the 8500 cash. We show up with 8500 cash and they say Oh youll need $183 more for your tags! We said you told us $8500 out the door..out the door means I give you that amount and thats it.... The owner, Gary I think, says we didnt shake hands, you didnt leave a deposit, and you went out and "shopped me" (as if we shouldnt look for the best price as consumers).... He had no care for what he said and even verbally acknowledged that he changed what he said.... When we said you didnt stick to your word he said lets not get into that "Man of your word stuff"....Chad was silent the whole time because he knew his father was in the wrong, but I understand.... Its family... They took $59 off...Chad was extremely apologetic because you could tell he knew that was wrong....I just want consumers to be aware of the principles behind their business practices when dealing with this place....i did buy the truck and it does need some work... I really really hope nothing like the other reviews though... Buyers beware

This place and these guys are totally horrible!! I bought a 2005 Cadillac SRX from these guys May 20th for my 17 year old! A week later check engine light went on.... O2 sensor was bad. July 11th had it in for brakes wheel barring & transmission leak! Dec 3rd, not even 7 months later car is completely dead! Motor had broken pieces all throughout! They refuse to help in any way!! So about $7000 later having to go elsewhere to get a new car!! Have no clue how this place is still in business!! I mean do they even look at the cars before putting them on the lot! I finally got into the glovebox and all these problems were diagnosed by some other dealership in December of 2014!!! Buyers beware STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.... Unless you have money to just throw away!!! I have also contacted the BBB!! Hoping this place is shut down soon, so no one else goes through this!!

I drove up from Toledo, Ohio to purchase a 2005 Ford Focus ZXW wagon from them. Chad negotiated a price with me over the phone to make it worth the trip. The dealership worked with me on the price and such. I feel I got a great deal and they are honest sales people. I have only put $300 into the car (oil change, rear & front end alignment, and 4 tires). The car was 12 yrs old and had under 50,000 miles. I could not be happier with the vehicle and their professionalism. Would definitely purchase another vehicle from them.

I bouht a used Jeep from them for about $7,000 cash. 3 months later the engine blew and the car completely died. I took a total loss. About 6 of my friends have also been ripped off by them. They are rude and unprofessional and showed zero empathy for my situation. I have to be able to drive to work throughout the week and these men are scam artists. They dont seem to care at all about customer service or doing the moral or ethical thing. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

We bought two cars from them, one on Friday and another on Saturday. These guys are very nice, very straight forward, no pressure or price changing like other car lots we had been to. Highly recommend them to anyone who is looking to buy a car without a salesman breathing down their neck and lying to them to make commission. It is a Father Son Business and really genuine guys.

We bought a 2007 chrysler pacifica and the next day the check engine light came on. We got the warranty with the car and their warranty covers basically nothing. We had to pay mostly out of pocket for the repairs. Theyre scammers and theyve got a bunch of lemon cars that they make look good and rig them so you cant tell anything is wrong with them.
