Lots of random unusual stuff most of the time, but on a few occasions found some good pieces of furniture for really cheap. When purchasing a bookshelf that was too large to fit in the car, one of the staff members found a screwdriver and helped disassemble it. While you shouldnt necessarily expect to find a specific item at any given time, odds are if youre looking for furniture (for college, new apartment, whatever), theyll have at least something you were after.

The staff is incredibly condescending/rude/unfriendly - I have had a bad experience with them EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. (both buying AND selling!) I bought an item there, tossed the receipt..and when I tried to sell it back, they said it was unacceptable because it was rusted!!! The mark-up is 75% too by the way...so dont expect to get anything for your stuff! I wish I could give them 0 stars...or better yet, negative 5 stars

My mom called the store a couple of days ago and they said that they would take in a mirror that I was selling. A man said that hed talked to the manager and theyd agreed to sell it. Well when my dad went in the store today to sell it, they said they wouldnt take it. The manager was no help whatsoever, and he was very rude. Dont think well be going back THERE anytime soon!

This is actually a great spot for finding some decent used good for an apartment or home. They tend to have good quality items available for the home. I have even bought very nice used tools that has saved me around a hundred dollars due to the cost of new. Highly recommend coming in here first before buying new

Went here just looking around, and was met by exceptionally helpful staff who were willing to find me items I was interested in regardless of how much I was willing to spend. The prices are a great bargain, and beats thrift store prices and quality hands down. I recommend anyone to go here and browse.

They will not buy anything from the public. They are clearly buying old auctioned storage units or are bringing in their own junk for sale. Ive seen better quality merchandise at Goodwill or Salvation Army for alot less. Service is also very poor. You cant tell who works there or who doesnt.

I think its all public storage items.On one item there was a sticker from a yard sale. The staff looks at you like youre going to rip the place off and IF you do ask for help..............GOOD LUCK.

The place does not do very well wheeling and dealing on prices that they buy for cheap anyway. The people who help in there are kinda rude. They have an all right selection nothing to Fantastic

The buyback is very low but they have a nice assortment of items that are used better than regular thrift store for not to high of a price, you can negotiate sometimes...

i can buy something which is new at a cheaper price.. people marking the consignment have no idea what they are doing..come on guys you are as good as a garage sale..
