I have visited two locations (Henderson Rd and Harrisburg Pike). Neither have changing rooms. The prices are high. I can get cheaper brand new items on a clearance rack at a regular store. You can not trust the color tag on the item is actually part of the discount color. The times I have been in there I have been told "that item is not part of the sale". You do not know till you get up to cash register. The person smugly smiles at you with what I call, "gotcha ya" look. I hand it back and say "forget it". Another thing about color tags. Look at the name if the color, not the color as they have different shades of a color. Actually just avoid store, especially the one one on Henderson Rd. There are better alternatives and typically nearby.

Many items are marked new, that are clearly not new. The prices on items marked new are priced too high. Things are labled poorly, such as wrong size on clothes and sheets. They used to do exchanges on items, but no longer do that, even if an item is mislabeled, such as a king sheet being labled as a queen. Make sure you check items thoroughly before you choose to purchase.

I love their middle Wednesday sales, things are fairly priced, you can get them cheaper at other places, but theres a wide selection here. Its convenient when you got kids that likes to get rough on their clothes and you too broke to go to expensive stores. Or if you need an outfit and want to look high-class at a bargain, or if you need something for work.

Great thrift for finding hidden gems, mostly clothing. They do have other items, but their selection of clothing is by far larger than other thrift stores.
