I am outrageously disgusted with this "store" I shall say franchise. They saw I had a pentagram on, started preaching to me about their religion, prices are twice as retail, they removed the half off they had four months ago, and spiked all merchandise up, they were selling underwear that was excessively stained, clothing wasnt washed before placed on shelves, saw bed bugs on the mattresses, cheapest pair of pants were ripped past usage and were $4, smells of cigarettes all over the store, half of the electronics I bought I was told were working in which they werent, everything is overpriced and too expensive for a thrift store, I will recommend to everyone I know to stay away from this place. I am severely offended by staff, I was accused of stealing from the store when I just entered and was told to empty my pockets, low and behold I had my phone and my wallet, they also are selling opened boxes of tampons and womens hygene products. I am disgusted and I absolutely, under no circumstances will go back in there, they can offer me 75% off any price and I wont enter after I was treated in there. I was with my three friends and we were going to surprise one with newish clothing, but walked out after seeing low cost retail jeans for $30. We left after 10 minutes, I urge you all to stay away, let this place go down in profit and crumble, its not worth it to even step foot inside there anymore. If you do go in there, be very prepared with at least $500 for used clothes.

The store has very little to choose from, and I noticed a lot of the clothing was damaged (for example, there was a velvet formal dress that clearly had had something either sewn, stuck or embroidered on the neckline but it had been ripped off) yet the prices are still fairly high even for damaged goods. Yes Im aware its a thrift store, but its not a garbage can, youre paying for this stuff. The staff were "meh" but the owner... good lord. He was zooming through the store and periodically yelling at people to not mess up his store. One woman he told her if she wasnt going to buy something (it was a dress or something and it had been draped on the top rack for some time) then she needed to hang it back up and dont make a mess. The prices were ok, but only because everything was half off. I think Ill be finding a new thrift shop.

Its Tuesday October 27th , 6:20pm. Whoever was working the register at the warren location was a total SNOB. I asked if there was a bathroom and she shook her head yes. And said said "ya" with attitude... then I asked "okay, where" and she said in the back.. she didnt give me a direction too go, the back of the building was specific. I found the bathroom and it was absolutely disgusting, the trash can was overflown, about 2 feet high, there was toilet paper EVERYWHERE, the toilet was disgusting. Im sure if they had the health department in there they wouldnt pass any inspections. That place was a rude and the employees were assholes. Not to mention I cant stand church music... awful place and I wont return!!! Get youre business together!!

Clean and well organized. Clothing is sorted by size. I always find something I like. Prices are better than most thrift stores. The man who runs the place is very nice and helpful. I would have given 5 stars but when I went around the back of the store to drop off a donation, there was a young woman sitting on a bag of clothes staring at me and giving me a dirty look. I got out of my car and she told me she didnt want to get up. Then a guy came over to help me. They need to clean up the donation area of the store.

This place is always clean, offers dressing rooms, and daily deals. I would feel comfortable purchasing furniture from this location, nothing feels grimy. Store owner or manager (boisterous bald man) is absolutely friendly and helpful. Clothing is sorted by types and sizes. ❤

I know they have done this kind of sale before, and still they dont have it together enough to get my business. There are 47 people in line, two hours ago there were 61 people. Hire a couple more cashiers when you have a 75% of sale.

Decent prices but inept workers. Dont have anything delivered by them. Too expensive and unreliable. Now I have to wait 2+ days while my living room is in chaos waiting on them to deliver my overdue entertainment center.
