Im not usually one to write reviews however every time I shop at this location customer service is non exsistent. I walked passed several employees who stared at me while I walked by them, not one of them greeted me nor did they ask me if I needed any help due to the fact that they were either on their cell phones or having a personal conversation with other employees, laughing obnoxiously loud. The checkout lines are always long and the cashiers are very slow, however i understand they they schedule cashiers according to the business needs. This store is just honestly ghetto! Walmart needs to start hiring competent people who can act professionally, speak proper English, & do there jobs. The only employee who spoke to me was the security guard at the door and that was to only ask for my receipt.

The store has some real Class Act employees working there. As Im walking in there was an employee on a motorized cart shouting out to what I could only assume was her manager considering they asked where she was going and she replied that she was taking it across the parking lot to Applebees to get lunch. Then as Im leaving another employee was just cruising around the parking lot on one looking at her cell phone. I thought those were for the customers that needed it to get around the store to do their shopping. Apparently I was wrong they are for the employees lunch breaks.

My husband went after work today to buy a few thing and he asked for help and the work there was rude when he asked which grill was on clearance because the sign didnt say and she rudely said yeah it thats the one then walked way when he asked for help to pick it up and then when he left the store no one helped him lift in the car. He asked the guy outside collecting the carts to help but he didnt stop to help so my husband had to lift it again by his self.

Worst customer service! Order online at 10am was supposed to pick up my oreder at 1:45 after calling them multiple times they kept saying about 30 mins by 5:pm still nothing had to call walmart customer service then they called the store again they said about 30 mins by 6:30 had to cancel the order and go to meijers where customer service is great! This the worst of the worst of walmarts! Do no go there if i were you

I ordered a toy online and picked up in store to give to my daughter on Easter and the day before Easter I open the box and they gave me a vacuum... the box didnt even have my name on it, it had someone elses name on it! Im extremely upset and disappointed in this experience. My daughters Easter was ruined. I just recently started shopping at Walmart and now Im done. Ill never shop there again.

Employees are rude, stock was lacking and quite a few grocery items were out of stock. Although, the floors had recently been swept, the nasty piles of dirt were just left in the middke of a dew check out lanes...lanes that were open. Unfortunately, Wal-Mart is 10 miles closer than Meijer...next time the hubby and I will drive the extra distance to grocery shop at Meijer!

In & out...The ride assisted buggy, was fully charged. The staff was helpful and courteous. My husband & I found everything that we were looking for. We also, came out spending less than what we actually budgeted out for our family. Well worth the visit!

its the fact that the lines are ridiculous because 1 register was open why have so many registers if youre only going to have one register open theres nothing wrong with the actual store just the fact that they never have enough registers open

Horrible place. Asked for help got attitude. They never pick up phone calls and when they do they hang up right away. Like what is going on in this store? Needs new management and supervision. No customer deserves to be treated this way.

Terrible place to shop the employees have no clue where most things are customer service is not helpful and the bottle return machines are horrendous and dont even try to call and ask a question because most likely no one will answer.

Stock on the shelves looks like a bomb went off and they just left it. If it says online that they have it in stock they probably dont . It amazes me that the kmarts are closing up but this place is still open.

Good prices. Most of the workers are nice. Store is a bit smaller than most other Walmart stores. Unfortunately its the shoppers that make it such a bad experience. I see stuff like this all the time (theft)
