I think Discount tire is the best place to buy all tires or rims. I have been shopping with them since 1998 since I was a teenager. Only once they forgot pop all beads in the tire and it was hopping so I came back and they fixed it right away which was the fishinger rd location. Lewis center location I never had a problem there and all my 4 cars in the family have tires from this location. Their prices are the best and they know all the stats of how big you can go on your tires and if the wheels will fit properly and if they will rub since I always buy 2 sizes bigger than the factory size which makes the ride smooth and protects the rims from being warped when you drive over pot holes. I strongly recommend Discount tire in Lewis center. Also if you buy cheap tires for $250 they will be made in China from plastic and rubber and will slide in the rain and snow. I always buy expensive tires all season like Perilli or Michellin for $750 which do not slide. You get what you pay for so if you are cheap and buy cheap tires dont blame the tire store because you are cheap. I also buy insurance with my tires and rims so that flats and damaged rims are replaced for free by discount tire, which is better than paying over a hundred dollars per tire or rim.

Yes you can get a good price on tires but customer service is very poor. I called the store to get some information on some tires and schedule an appointment. I could hear the rushed sound in the reps voice he asked me if he could call me back. I said sure and he took my information. I never received a call back. I could have used an experts opinion but I went ahead and chose tires myself and scheduled an appointment online. The day I was scheduled Manny my customer service representative. I do not usually take the time to rate poor service, but Manny you got your company a 1 star. When I tried to get my questions and concerns answered to my suprise you had commented several times to me that "It doesnt matter ". Well Manny, I am a repeat customer and have taken 2 of my vehicles to your store. I have spent close to $1500 for those 2 vehicles which means I cared about your store. You have lost my business and I will no longer refer Discount Tire to my friends, family and co-workers. Two questions Manny, Does the manager know you care so little about the customers and Manny do you care now? My guess is probably NOT because you get paid even when you dont care.

I have been a faithful customer for over ten years getting all our family cars/truck tires here as well as the sawmill location. Usually great service and competitive prices. However, after making an appointment to have a repair, rotate and balance taken care of I came away disappointed. The wait was over an hour and a half. I dont think the appointment helped at all with my sequence. I brought work to do so I wasnt too put off by this but it was noticeable none-the-less. The tire that needed repaired actually needed replaced. The original brand/size was not in stock despite it being in the top five of "best" Pirelli tires. So now I have a mis-match. And the last disappointment is the rotate/balance may not have actually been done. I think the tech focused on the repair and brought the car out. The right front rim (has distinctive scratches) is still on the right front. (So didnt get rotated) and the shake/wobble is the same. Hope this isnt a trend as its hard to find good service in so many things these days.

DO NOT BUY TIRES FROM THIS LOCATION! My sister in law went in for a new set of tires on her 1999 Toyota Carolla. When she went in and asked the associate for a new set and said she didnt want the cheapest but the 2nd cheapest type they sold. The saleman sold her a set of $800 Pirelli Tires! My sister in law not knowing any better went ahead and purchased the tires from this saleperson. She jumped from an $250 investment to an $800 investment for her 12 year old car. They CLEARLY pulled a fast one on an innocent person who wouldnt know any better. Steer clear of this place. I dont know about you but I dont want to do business with a place that would take advantage of people like they did here.

Had a flat tire on my car - had the road hazard warranty on the tires since purchased new at a different discount tire location. it was about 2PM, I was told the tire was unrepairable, and they did not have any replacement tires on hand (snow tire past the middle of winter), so they ordered one from IN and got a call the next day at 11AM saying the tire was already here. Set up an appointment that same day and was in and out in maybe 15 minutes. All the technicians and team members were very friendly and helpful. Thanks to Stewart as well, made this trip well worth it! I would recommend this location to anyone needing tires or help with choosing tires or tire repair. Thanks!

I mean come on, all Discount Tire locations are great. They do more than just put the tires in, they take extra steps to worry about my safety. I see them grind the back of my wheel, and when asked why it was so it is a smooth connection with my vehicle. This part is unseen on the wheel anyway, they just clean the corrosion off of it. They use torque sticks and torque wrenches to ensure it is all secured correctly, and everyone is very friendly. They also price match anyone.

The tire price was comparable to other tire stores around town for what I needed. This store was clean and the staff were friendly. I located the tires I wanted using their website, then called ahead to the store location to double check they had them in stock and they said they would hold them for me, which they did. There were some openings in the schedule that day, so I was able to get in and out quickly with no issues.

In June 2016 I had a tire repaired. It developed the same problem here in early August and they determined that the repair failed and they admitted it was their error. So, they are putting a brand new tire on for free. ($140 tire). Guess where I am coming when I need new tires on my van and guess where I will be telling my friends to come for tires as well. Not many places show integrity but this is one of them.

I have a slightly more convenient option for getting my tires fixed, however I only bring my car in to Discount Tire when I need one replaced. Ive been going there for years, and they have always been so helpful and friendly and have done a wonderful job. :-D Im wondering if the bad reviews Ive seen on here were meant for Tire Discounters? Ive had problems with them in the past.

I went in with our old 2005 Saturn Relay to request a slow leak be repaired. They found a road hazard injury to the tire [purchased in 2009, by the way] and installed a new $149 tire free based on the road hazard insurance I bought but totally forgot about. I wasnt even certain where that tire had been purchased. Ill be going back. And telling my friends.
