Stay away! This location is terrible. I had Sean sell me on some 275/60/20s when I wanted 65s. I asked for Eugene (gene) the owner but Sean said he was not available, and I let him sell me. I wanted 5 tires and he told me I didnt need a larger spare. I got a flat today and used the spare and it was not no big deal as Sean said. Ive never been undersold, but this location did just that. NEVER AGAIN! I bought these tires a few months back but was reminded of my terrible service as I tried driving with my spare tire that was 275/55/20, seemed to cause all sorts of problems.

I spent this morning calling around town for a good set of winter tires. Out of every place I called, they had the best over the phone customer service, had my tires in stock, and offered me a great price for them. When I arrived for my appointment I was informed that there were two cars ahead of me. I figured my wait would be more than an hour. Yet I drove out with my new tires installed 45 minutes later. I would defiantly suggest making an appointment. The wait for walk-in’s was at least 2 hours. Had a great experience and I would buy tires here again.

I bought wheels for my truck. They knew I was putting used tires on the new wheels. The wheels come in, and now all of a sudden my used tires are "too old" even though they were practically brand new. They "werent allowed to touch them" so this turned into an all day deal for me. I had another place mount the tires to the wheels. I then returned to discount tire for them to balance and install them in which they refused. Thanks for nothing! Go elsewhere! They were trying to force me to buy new tires when mine were perfectly fine!!

Ive went to this location twice simply to use their "super convenient 3 minute air check" both times I pulled in back and pulled up exactly where I was supposed to. BOTH times employees stared and pointed, I spent 5 minutes waiting each time. It might not be as serious as Im making it. But dont offer a service your employees dont want to provide. If its too much work for the guys that were just standing around both times, they need new jobs. Much easier to just to it myself, forget about convenience.

Once you walk in the store they take care of you at the counter the problem is when you get your car back I took my car in to get some tires replaced and when it was finished they were rubbing the tires was the same size: that I had them take off and then they said theres nothing they can do about it do not go to this store as far as I am concern they lie and the mechanics that work there dont have a clue last word stay far away from this store or you will pay and not get what you want

Bought tires here earlier this year. Went in for my free service and was told an hour or two wait. Super busy the guy says, even though no one was in the store and no cars out front. Cant even make an appointment for that day cause its so darn busy! So I leave and call the store from my car. I pretend that I want to buy tires and that Im in a hurry. NO PROBLEM the guy now tells me. We are super slow today, we can get you in right away! When will these places ever stop BS-ing people!

this place must be a scam the tpms light (low tire pressure) was on and I only wanted it reset .i bought a new tire as they recommended and the light was still on . I go back and they tell me I have to drive it for 10 min and it will reset itself. did nothing bc they are supposed to reset it with a scan tool . now Im told to go to the dealership bc they dont know how to reset the light . why did I even buy the tire for .

The staff was great. i ordered tires from their website, they all came in the next day! AND they even answers a bunch of my questions and suggested new and better tires for me. The manager GREG, is the best. i didnt bring enough money for something unexpected, and he said "No Charge Then!" also gave me a discount on some tires (90 to 75!) GREAT PLACE, i refer all my friends and family there!

The manager and all the staff have always been wonderful to deal with. They are honest, will look for good deals, and are very responsive to any questions or needs. I love the certificate program which allows you to get free repairs and a new tire if they cant repair it and I also love that the rotations and balancing is always included. These are great people to deal with.

Dont bother making an appointment or using the night drop box, even if you tell them you are going to drop off the night before. They dont check the parking lot or key drop box even when there is a car with a tire down on the rim sitting back there. They used to be so good but have let me down the last 2 times I needed service.

Look, this is an exceptional tire store. FAST, friendly service. The manager went out his way for me. And they treated my old truck like it was off the showroom. Tire tech Shannon is easy on the eyes, complete with tats AND works on cars! Doesnt get any better than that. Love this store and you will too.

The girl complaining is full of it! I have been coming here for 10+ years along with my slew of gay friends weve never been pushed into buying anything we didnt need yeah offered upgrades from ok to awesome tires for only 7$ yes please! So thanks guys for being friendly and as fast as possible always.

This discount tire has horrible service! Every time I come to this discount tire for air check, because of all the e-mails they send me to do air check for all the cars I own that has discount tire, tires they ignore you and tell you they are too busy to help you.

Dont talk downtown your female customers. Dont try to sell me more stuff than I need. I know more about cars than the idiots that work here. You shouldnt have to wait an hour and a half past your appointment time before they even get to you. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!

Poor service, Negligent staff, required two additional unnecessary trips to rectify careless errors on the first one. also damaged an interior trim panel while storing tires in the car. Will not return, will not recommend and will share my experience.

Excellent service. Bought 4 new Cooper tires 4 weeks ago and began feeling road vibration immediately. Returned and Gene offered to swap them out with Dunlaps. No charge even though he indicated Suburbans were known to have rear differential issues.
