Just got kicked out of the store after two min. Of closing by a snooty blonde named Jennifer, im sure she felt great promoting her "good customer service experience"NOT. Is people like this that give a place a bad rep. Im sure she is a peach ALL the time tho. Just exit the store ASAP at closing. Mind you i was just quickly checking for one item. If she would of ask it would of been quicker what a dumb dumb. Oh well. I been in retail over 15 years never once told a customer and I quote "you have to get out" didnt even ask me what I was still in the store and my God couldnt even wait a min. More while she turn her back saying have a great night!

I just dropped off some police officer memorabilia and inexpensive police officer statues. The man took the box and turned it upside-down and dumped it into the bin. By the sound of it crashing it all broke. I asked him if it was going into the garbage and he said no so I asked him why he turned it over and dumped it, break everything . He said thats what they are supposed to do...anyway, after going back and forth on how he could have just set the entire box down inside the bin he apologized. I have to wonder if his action had anything to do with the items being police officer nick nacks.......

Ive visited this site over the past 5 years! This time I was very disappointed!! The shelves in the housewares dept were crammed with merchandise to the point you could not shop without fear of knocking things over. Merchandise on the floor. I also didnt know Salvation army sold used underwear! The staff however were great!! Also many articles of clothing were not priced!

If your item is on the rack and its isnt priced, they will not price it for you. I wanted to items that had no price and they wouldnt sell them to me. You have to purchase your own bags now. And the changing rooms smell like urine. I donate and shop here regularly. I wont be shopping or donating here anymore.

The clothes and store were decent but the prices were outrageous! The tags were obviously marked way up then you received 1/2 off of the marked up price . nine west coat $18 then half off..the mgr says to me its nine west. yea but its not brand new RLauren smh #callingcorporate

Can get some Bargains butt,,, majority of the prices are way too high,,, everything is donated to the Salvation Army it should not be a high cost to buy it!!!

Great place to find collectables and things that can be upcycled. Also good for second hand clothes and furniture. Skip Hobby Lobby, go here instead.
