I will continue to shop at the walmart on mound and 59, despite the fact that they tend to run it like a ghetto store with wrong prices on items and placing sale item tags next to items not on sale...hoping you wont notice so you chose the wrong item, but the bathrooms are always clean, and the staff has minimal turnover, and those that are there are friendly. If they would just stop the shelving "tricks" I would give this particular store 5 stars. Only other issue is the subway shop there - they have false advertising on their menu. They state you can get any drink included with a sandwich "meal" at a fixed charge, but if you order milk with that meal because you dont want or cant have pop, they charge almost a dollar extra. When I pointed out what their sign advertised, the "owner" argued with me and refused to admit the sign said what it said about including a drink with the meal and I would have to pay extra for a milk if I didnt want pop. I stopped buying my sandwiches there and take my business elsewhere. So be careful if you dont want pop with a meal, youll be forced to pay extra, even though the sign doesnt tell you that. He should be made to change his sign and stop ripping people off. Otherwise, its a good store with nice employees and clean restrooms.

The service I recieved tonight as a CUSTOMER in this store was horrible. My wife and I are regular costumers who spend hundreds of dollars weekly in this store. We came in tonight once again as loyal customers. We had an employee price check a video game TWICE in front of us and it rang up a different price then it did on the register. When we approached the manager Ray with our problem he rudely laughed in our faces and immediately told us that no matter what he wouldnt change the price even if it rang up different. The reasoning was because they said the item didnt have a sticker that indicated the sale and it wasnt in the original sale location. Even though the UPC scanned the same as the sale item with the sticker he wouldnt honor the pricing. I would take your business to a Meijer or another store like Target or any other real reputable company who treats their customers with respect. I learned a lesson buying from Walmart. Not only are your employees rude but management is even worse. I feel disgusted that I ever chose this store to purchase anything ever before. Oh and BTW my bill just this trip alone was $500+ and thats how I was treated.

The selection here is pretty good, however I have ran into a few problems with service. Im not a bit fan of the fitting room policy. The lady working the dressing room told me I could only take in 5 items, I had about 15 - mostly bathing suits and a few shirts in my size (its really hard to find my size sometimes). I actually asked her if I could take in all of them because I dont want anyone putting these back because I need to try them on and it was difficult finding matching tops and bottoms. She said ok. I come out, I asked her where my clothes went, she said she put them back - even after I told her I wanted to try them on. She told me she "forgot and cant remember everyones things" I told her maybe she shouldnt touch them if she doesnt remember. I dropped my clothes I had just tried on the floor and left the store. I was so mad, all that searching for nothing

The absolute worst WalMart I have ever been too. Every time I go there, the service is awful. I ordered a table online to be picked up in store by 2:45pm. We showed up at 8 (since I was working) and found 2 employees standing around having a personal conversation, one of them eating a snack. My fiance asked for help and they seriously said to wait and theyd be there in a few minutes, then finished their chat! Finally the guy comes over in no rush whatsoever, clicks around a bit, then casually tells me the item was never pulled, he has to go look for it. Now were nearing 6 hours after the "ready" time and theyre just now looking for it. Then he comes back to say it must have been sold before they "had a chance" to pull it, and I had to wait almost 10 minutes for a manager to come back and refund my card. They should just tear this location down instead of expanding it!

worst walmart ever i went to.ordered lumia 640 online to pick up at this store(as this was the only store showing for pick up). actual pick up time in the email showed 6.20pm but i did not get the pick up confirmation until 7pm.i tried to contact the employee with no luck.finally i was able to pick up my order after waiting alomost one hour.After pick up, did some shopping,thought of using self check out, to my surprise all machines were broken and there is no one to fix the issue and there is only one line opened with big que.so left my cart and came home with the excitement of buying new phone.it took less than a minute to spoil my mood.first, the package is already opened by someone, 2nd there is no lumia battery inside the package,instead someone packed a used nokia battery.going to return the item tomorrow.

I will NEVER shop here again. I have tried to be okay with this store since it is close by. I think any place that needs to check my receipt when I am leaving is treating me like I am a criminal. I told the "greeter" that I dont want to shop there because of this and she crap talked me to the people who were exiting the store after me. I get that the store policy is not her fault but she can control what she says about me to other people when I am standing 2 feet from her. Terrible store with terrible employees. This is not my first issue. I went early one morning and no one ring me up. I had to go find them to make my purchase. Of course, they were all goofing off and talking. It is a horrible experience everytime I go. If I could give less than one star then I would.

We ordered a Ride On Power Wheels for my sons 3rd birthday. The shipment was scheduled to arrive Thursday the 23rd but ran late. I called today on th 24th to inquire about the truck and was connected to the Garden department. The gentleman Dustin in the garden department took my call and instead of passing me off he searched back stock for me. He came back on the phone and told me it was not there. I explained our situation and he said there was a truck unloading. Instead of just having me call back, he went above and beyond and actually went out and checked on the truck! It was on the truck, thank goodness because my sons birthday is tomorrow on the 25th! Way to go Dustin I appreciate your customer service!

Do not place an online pickup order at this store. I placed an order on Saturday afternoon. Received email it would be ready same day... but then another that it would be ready by Sunday at 9:00am. I get to the pickup area after 8pm on Sunday. No one there... keep pinging. After about 15 minutes someone shows up... cant find my order. They never bothered to walk a few hundred feet over to grab it from the isle and it doesnt look like they had any intention to. I ended up cancelling the order. Avoid this place, theres no service to be found and when they do show up they just dont care. Will not be returning.
