Show case items are WAY! Over priced. They just look on ebay and take the highest price they see. Seen a little house lunch box and they had it priced at $399.99 which is retail for a graded mint. This thing was beat up with the enamal on the edges wore completely off, writing on the inside with fingernail polish and missing the instruction manual. When I asked the manager about the pricing and tried to explain to her that it was priced 10x over what it was worth she didnt care and was very rude.

This is hands down the best thrift store in the Columbus area. Huge selection of good quality clothing and the lowest prices of all the thrift stores. Housewares and electronics are good quality, clean, and low priced. The store is large, clean, and pleasant to shop. I have yet to see stained, torn, burnt, dirty items like you see at the other popular thrifts.

Clean,, large selection. Sorted by color and other non important criteria. Do you know the last time color over size was what I shopped for? The last time I entered a store and thought "to heck with this shirt being 3 sizes too small its pink!" Yeah, I never have and never will. Sort by size and I will change my review.

Best location in the metro area, last Tues of month all items r half off, very busy & crowded, bring ur own cart if u can. Awesome prices, like an indoor yard sale, a bit dirtier & less organized than OH thrift but if u dont mind sorting through junk! Great place to get kids & adult clothing, kitchen, household stuff

Had the pleasure meeting a super nice young man Jonathan today at the register. Such a kind, positive attitude. He was called up to the register from unloading had sweat pouring down his face BUT had a smile greeted each person nicely. Jonathan is a great asset to VOA and I hope to continue seeing him.

This location has a pretty good selection, well organized and clean. Ive found serval good deals here over the years including on clothing, electronics and sporting goods. I stop by and browse wherever Im in the area.

This store needs to be cleaned and the prices decreased a bit. Some of the showcase stuff seems to be a bit much. The staff werent very welcoming either. They were grumpy.
