I’m not the type of person who will spend my time, writing a review. I don’t answer surveys! I don’t write reviews! (Unless I have a very specific reason to. A couple of weeks ago, that happened). If you are even thinking about a Chrysler mini van, STOP THINKING and go try one out. We are in our late 50’s , kids are grown, I’ve had full size conversion vans for 35 years, thought we would buy an SUV with all the options. The SUV”S we were looking at were $50-$65,000.00 (plus tax). My Wife & I went to the 2015 Detroit Auto Show. We kept checking out the SUV’s, but as we walked by the Chrysler Town & Country, my Wife said to me, “lets look at the mini-van, you said you wanted to look at everything”. I reluctantly followed her.. Honestly, I thought my van days were behind me. I was wrong. The Auto Show allowed us to do a good comparison between vehicles. I could go on, but the bottom line is that 5 days later we owned a Chrysler Town & Country. It has EVERYTHING that the more expensive SUV’s we looked at has (and more). The Chrysler’s second row seats recline more (better for trips & are also heated),Stow-n-go is great for hauling, better fuel economy, back up camera, other Safety items/sensors (that I wanted & was willing to pay more for, if I needed to), the list goes on and on. Also, if you are near Romeo,MI, I recommend Orchard Chrysler. The sales Rep we dealt with was Brett Amesse. We had never met him before. Orchard is our local dealer & we just walked in. We decided on a specific model and color. Orchard didn’t have it in stock & was having trouble finding one. I eventually said that we would go with the more expensive model (of the color we wanted), but Brett said to just wait, and he’ll do some more searching. Within a couple of days he found exactly what we were looking for (in another State). He very easily could have sold us the more expensive model off of their lot ( for thousands more), but he was more interested in getting us what we were looking for. It doesn’t cost anything to look. Dont try and buy a car from the sales manager, he is the typical sterotype of a car salesman. Once you sign on the dotted line he could not care less about you. Was told my moonroof was "same as factory", but was much smaller. I had to have him, specifically take care of it. Called him and left voicemails for over two weeks without any response whatsoever. When I finally got in contact with him there was no apology, just him trying to talk over me and mocking me while i was explaining my frustration. His excuse was "hes a busy guy". Yes he actually said that! He must have meant busy eating and messing with his phone because he certainly was not busy taking care of his customers. Sadly there is more but that should get the point across, and he is the SALES MANAGER. Also for the first time ever at a dealership, i was given my keys and told my car was right outside when i went to pick it up from the service department, instead of a porter pulling it inside. It was raining out and my care was just as filthy as when i dropped it off. As for the sales manager i believe his daddy is the president of the dealer so im sure nothing will come of his horrific customer service....ever. The general manager was helpfull though.Sterling Heights Dodge not only washed my vehicle after servicing it but detailed the inside before pulling it up right to where i was standing.

If youre looking for a very friendly, knowledgeable, and all around great dealership that appreciates your business and sets itself out to serve your every need, Bob Brents Orchard is the place to buy your next vehicle. After making a switch from a sales job that afforded me the use of a company vehicle to a job that I needed my own car, I reached out to the great folks at the Orchard. The manager of the online site helped me identify a vehicle that would fit my needs (great gas mileage among other things) and worked with me throughout the process of arranging to pick up the car. I wasnt able to make my way to the dealership to check out the cars, but was able to test drive a Dart at another dealership, due to the short time frame I had to find and purchase a vehicle. Upon arriving to the Orchard to sign all the paperwork and drive the car off the lot, I was met with very friendly staff who ensured I had everything I needed or could want. The sales man, Ken D., was helpful throughout the process of signing papers and waiting for another employee to return with the temporary plates. Bob Brents Orchard is locally owned and operated by a family and staff who truly care about their customers. I would not hesitate to refer a friend to the Orchard.

After months of looking for a used car and having/bothering the staff at Orchard Chrysler help me find the one I want will all the options/colors i wanted i found one elsewhere unfortunately. I needed a few small parts and brake light so i called them and ordered the part. It was cheaper than the dealer i bought the car from, and the dealer down the road from my work. So when i got there they told me they would install it for free! At this time i asked them to look at my spare tire because it kept going low and also wanted to get a few screws because they were rusty. While I was in the waiting room(Very nice and comfortable/clean) i asked the parts guy about installing a hitch i just picked up that day and he took me out and showed me how it bolts on and gave me a couple push pins i was missing. At this time i also talked to a coupe sales and other employees and they were all very nice They brought my car around with a fixed tail light and spare tire. They had to unmount and remount the rim and balance it. They charged me for the parts cost and sent me on my way. Of course I do not expect that every time I go there from now on but the fact that they helped me out this time made me a loyal customer.

Unfortunately, Really bad Experience. I understand that Dealer s are business and they are trying to make money, but remember customer service Keeps the customers!. This was my experience; did make an appointment for service and to check my Voice Command and Bluetooth confection and also why the Alarm goes off by it self First they performed service and offer an apology because they could not check the other issues. Fine let schedule another visit to have it check... Left the 2014 300R for a 10 hrs and not even drove the car, I have to be admit, honest answer, cant complain about it. Dont like it, but can complain about honesty. The issue that bother most that they will "push ahead everyone else" if I bring the car back . Not a good answer. Your going to get more customers in the same spot...that is why you schedule. Not even offered a Loaner. This is clearly a warranty issue that can be diagnosed easily just by checking similar issue on the warranty data base. Service team, please take seriously this humble feedback.
