Ive taken my Flex there for service twice. The first time was for brakes. They were supposed to check them out and tell me what was wrong. I received a call saying they had already done the work and it was going to be $700. I said I never authorized any work to be done. They called back and reduced the price but I still could have had the same work done somewhere else cheaper. Very shortly after I get the car back I notice a rattle in the rear when I hit a bump. Not being a mechanic I assumed it was something to do with the suspension. About a month later when the car was up on the rack for an oil change I asked the guy to look at it. Lo and behold a bolt on the caliper was completely missing. I had to pay $30 out of my pocket to get it fixed there. The 2nd visit was for problems I had been having with my transmission. I was under warranty up to 100k miles and was getting close to that number. I took it in and had them look at it. They found a fan that was not working and said this would cause the problem I had. They fixed the fan and as soon as I drove it off the lot I knew there was still a problem. I then also started to notice a smell whenever I drove the car for any distance over 10 miles. I took it back a few weeks later and this time they said they found a couple of sensors in the transmission that were bad (why wasn’t this checked the 1st time?) and that there was a leak in the transmission. They said they fixed these issues and I would be good to go. Three days later I can smell the same odor again. I go back for the 3rd time and was told somehow the transmission was leaking again from the exact same spot it was before. So they fixed it. Again. And to top things off someone stole items from my vehicle on the last visit. I took the car in on Thursday and picked it up on Saturday. I drove it straight home and parked it in my garage and did not drive it until Monday morning so I am 100% certain the items were stolen while the car was at Gorno. On Monday I noticed a pen and paper on the passenger floor that I know were not there when I took the car in. I checked my console and money ( a couple of small bills and all the change in the change holder), an Apple nano and cologne were gone. I could also tell that my glove box had been gone through because everything had been stuffed back into it all folded up. I know it is the owner’s responsibility to remove all valuables so I am out of luck for the loss. But the fact that they have a thief working for them has just lost them a 10 year customer. Don, the most recent service rep I dealt with was very helpful, very friendly and very polite. But their inept service and complete lack of security are reasons I would tell everyone to avoid this dealership.

I have been a proud owner of a ford vehicle for quite a few years. I started out at Southgate, and ended up with Taylor Ford for the last couple of vehicles. I always settled on a vehicle that they told me I could afford because I have 3 - 6 plus teenage boys. Well, with this last special on the new 2013 F150s, I went to Taylor and wasnt comfortable with their offers. I received a mailer for Gorno Ford and decided to take a visit. My youngest son (15 with a permit) who has his opinions of what I should get (for his driving purposes) went with me. I am not usually a dealership shopper because I dont like to be hassled. After a walk around the trucks, I was approached by a salesperson Paul Traylor. He took me to his desk and worked out figures to what I could afford and what I wanted. I was going to settle for another vehicle, but he asked me why settle, get what you want. I liked his enthusiasm and so did my son. My son said, "Mom, I like this guy and he is honest." I changed my mind a few times and had Paul hopping around trying to find the truck I wanted. To no surprise, he found me the truck of my dreams. Paul showed me every figure he was using and hid nothing from me. I am now a proud owner of a new Tuxedo Black Ford F150 w/ ecoboost. Thanks Paul for thinking of me first and now your commission! I would refer anyone to Paul, and I have, and they were also happy. I will be a Gorno/Paul shopper for years to come.

2 years ago I leased from Gorno and worked specifically with Steve Engle. He was great to work with, helped me figure out exactly what I needed & I never had to question if I was being taken advantage of merely because I am a young woman. Fast forward to today when I am about a week away from turning in my lease and my car wont start. I called Steve, & he walked me through what to do. My car was going to need to stay for a bit to replace the battery & the shuttle was a little ways away. Steve, seeing how stressed I was about being even more late for work, grabbed his own truck and took time off of the showroom floor to drive me into work. I knew I wasnt going to be able to leave work again to pick it up so made arrangements to pick it up after hours. To my surprise, Steve took even more time (when he could have made a sale) to personally deliver my car to me so I wont have to come get it later. I cannot say enough good things about Gorno, & specifically Steve Engle. He certainly goes above & beyond and provides superb customer service that is hard to come by elsewhere.

Buying my custom ordered 2017 F150 was a great decision and using Gorno Ford made process easy. I purchased an Edge in 2013 through Gorno Ford and Ken F. was my sales representative and I had such a great experience back then, that there was no doubt that I would utilize him again. Ken was always very attentive to my needs and always responded as if my 30th question was my first. He was quick to respond when we were not able to talk directly. He is truly customer centered. The finance/closing representative was also customer friendly, no high pressure to buy all of those add-ons. Great experience. In late 2013 I used the Service Department one time for my Edge and I took my services else where from that experience on. I trust that they have improved since then and I hope that they will be able to keep my business for my F150. They have started out well on this purchase, I requested to have the 4X4 decals removed from my truck before I picked it up and they did a great job, you cant tell that they were ever there. Allen S.
