These people are very dishonest. My son wanted to buy his second car on his own and was sent with instructions on what to check. when he attempted to find the transmission dipstick he was told " there isnt one, its a sealed transmission". Of course it wasnt and as you could probably guess the fluid is brown and burnt smelling. There is also a code on the computer that indicates the transmission is failing. This is a very well mannered young man whom has never been in trouble in his life and maintains a 4.0 average in college. He was devastated and now says "why would they do this dad"? Lesson learned.....Thank You D & B for taking advantage of a good young man that once insisted on taking a blind kid to the zoo on a class trip and walked around with him and described every animal. This begins my response to comments made below by D & B after this posting. In response to the retort offered by Tim below whom we never dealt with (Bob was the name we were given on each occasion....whos Tim? Wow) Tyler was first told that if the transmission wasnt slipping then it is fine. It was slipping but Tyler is a new driver and my son, he doesnt know better but wanted to try and take care of this himself and was taken further advantage of with "circle talk". This is in spite of the fluid being severely burnt and there being a code on the computer. When my son told Bob (again...dont know who Tim is.....apparently the random guy that attempts to clean up their image) that our mechanic looked at it he was told "bring it in for a transmission tune up". How do you tune up a transmission that has to be rebuilt? My son is in college and needs a car, it is quite obvious that they only intended to try to wear us down. I took it in to a very reputable place and they did a complete rebuild for $1500 which is actually cheaper than the going rate. I contacted Bob again (still no Tim) and he said "we didnt make any money on the car so the only thing we can do is offer you a warranty but you need to take the review down first (yes...this one). What does it matter what profit you made if you did a customer wrong? I asked what it covered and he said "Oh when Tyler comes in we can go over all that with him". Guess what....I went to their website and it list the different warranties in detail. Why not tell me this? Because it was the cheapest warranty they had which covered next to nothing. The component it covered best was the transmission which I already have a warranty that came with it when I spent over $1500 HAVING IT REBUILT. This is on top of the $1000 in other repairs that I havent even mentioned because I considered them to be "expected". Im a reasonable person but a shot transmission is never expected. I should also mention that I am a skilled tradesperson of over 25 years experience with 16 of these years spent in a TRANSMISSION FACTORY! I assure you that this is an accurate and honest review. I refuse to accept the warranty because it not only falls far short of fair it is an attempt to keep the public from seeing this review. This review was added to on 11/19/16 in response to the comments made by D & B Auto. It has not been "a break down in communication", it was a run around.

i would like to respond to ms king review yes they bought a 2006 van with 74,000 miles and yes it broke.it spun a baring in the motor . d&b did nothing wrong and ms king wrong either it just broke. since it happened in 38 day of buying it and 700 miles . we were shocked .they did have a service contract on the van witch was for 1 year and 15,000 miles . they did pay 899.00 for it. since the motor just broke and d&b or ms king did nothing wrong the warranty paid 70% of the repair witch was about 1500.00 i am very sorry that the van broke .i am trying to figure out what we did wrong ? As the owner of D&b auto sales I have made a commitment to sell cars and trucks that everybody can afford and I do a 60 point safety check on every car here at D&b we also have a full time mechanic on staff so if by chance something down the road something brakes on you new used car that was bought from us. We can address the issue on site and not send you all over the world to find a mechanic to help you. We also offer bank financing so good credit or not so good we have banks for you nobody is turned down at D&b our selection of cars and trucks and vans is changing everyday so if you dont see what your looking for today we just might have it tomorrow. So please stop down and check us out when your looking for your new used car.

CROOKS! I purchased a 2006 Chrysler Town & Country from Bob with 75,000 miles in Feb. 2017. After 38 days and less than 700 miles, the motor has a rod knock and needs to be replaced. The dealership refuses to off set any of the expense. Its clear to me now that the seemingly accommodating sales staff is nothing but smoke and mirrors. They want nothing but to move lemons off their lot and clean their hands of them and their customers once the sale is complete. DO NOT BUY FROM D&B. They are exactly what youd expect from a crooked side of the road car dealership and you will be taken advantage of! Shame on you, D&B!

Excellent customer service! Owner Brodie & Salesman Tim went above and beyond my expectations for a small dealership. They worked diligently to get us a very good loan and made us feel very comfortable with our purchase. We purchased a 2010 Jeep Liberty for our daughter for Christmas and they even supplied the bow! Even afterwards when we had a minor issue, they handled it professionally and with ease. Again, excellent dealership that exceeded our expectations!

I just bought 2011 chevrolet tahoe sales person Bob and owner service is excellent.. I drove 30 minutes to see there Delear shop i was surprise how low there price and service..is ausom .But its worth end of day I save lots of money. Cant say enough good things about D & B. Tim worked with me (and Brody and Bob worked to get me a loan on a reliable vehicle. Then they helped on little glitches in the used vehicle to be sure I was completely satisfied. Definitely worth the trip out to the boonies! Thanks for everything guys!

They were awesome. Went in to buy my first car they have nice cars with great prices ended up getting a great 2010 Ford Focus with a price that is great. They really worked with us on what was possible for financing. Will definitely go to them again for another car. Very friendly and helpful.
