EXTREMELY DISSATISFIED W/ GORDONS Our company had several tables and chairs special ordered from Gordons in April 2011. The company had estimated that the chairs would arrive in 4-6 weeks and the tables in 8-12 weeks. We expected everything by mid July. First week of July the owners called us and told us it wouldnt be in until August. We waited until August but in the meantime the girls from Gordons kept telling us the shipment was on the boat and its on its way-- (They were also conveniently on vacation when we would call to inquire about our furniture).It didnt arrive until the week after Labor Day. At this point we were just glad to have furniture even if it was 2 months late. But to our surprise when Gordons began to unload the chairs and tables, we saw that the fabric on the chairs was not the fabric we had ordered-- Not even close!! Despite the fact that the committee and staff assigned to order the furniture told them the fabric was wrong, the girls insisted this was the fabric we had chosen. Not only were the chairs wrong, some of the tables were the wrong size and shape. We are a business and with season coming we couldnt afford to wait another 5 months for the correct tables and chairs so we had to keep it. At this point there was no mention of any sort of discount. There wasnt even an apology! The correct tables FINALLY arrived first week in January after they had supposedly rushed our order. I just want to add that the reason why this is so frustrating is because we had listened to these girls professional advice to help us redecorate our clubhouse and we had even changed the floor and paint to match the furniture. I feel this company specializes with smaller orders and it was a HUGE mistake to place our order of 18 tables and 128 chairs with them. I dont think they are organized and the two girls that handled our order are not professional! There are other companies in the area that I think people would be satisfied with.

Purchased a dining room set, chair and love seat. Sales person was very nice and deliver person was great. No pressure to sale me something. They just let me wander and checked on me from time to time, answered my question and helped me when I wanted help. I would buy from this store again and would recommend it.
