DO NOT SHOP HERE!! These people are so rude and unprofessional! We paid for our merchandise and the salesman never explained that we had to travel to another location to pick up our stuff. Then once we got to the location for pick up they got upset and said that we couldnt get our merchandise until a later date. The lady kept yelling at her employees and calling them idiots in front of an audience of customers. We got our stuff that day but we were rushed and we didnt get to inspect the merchandise before hauling it away. Also, our ticket was stamped with an all sales are final no refunds or exchange stamp after we paid for it which was another thing they failed to mention. So sad that this place has very nice furniture but the customer service is just horrible. Never again!

the set up and delivery fee are high when the delivery people came out there was missing hardware. We were told we had to go to the warehouse to pick up the hardware and then install it our selves. When your charging 110 dollars for installation you need to make sure everything is set up. when we called the store the people were rude and told us to either get the hard ware or send the items back and hung up on us. That is not how you do business.

Terrible customer service. Very rude and entitled. This company has been taking people money for years and years, and we constantly hear these stories of rude and ignorant customer service by the owners. Avoid this place at all cost. The deals they offer are not worth being disrespected. Send these privileged hiers a message and stop shopping at this store.

I will never buy another anything from Daniels.. Just bought a living room set less than a year ago. The frame on both the chair and ottoman broke. I guess the good thing is that its under warranty but ill need to have furniture sent back for repair.. Yeah like i can do that
