The cashiers are only rude when spoken to rudely. The store is dirty because it becomes overcrowded, we are severely understaffed, and there are just never enough people working. Ive been told to "watch your fat ass, it almost knocked my carriage and me across ths store. This man was in my personal space, standing right on my mat with me. People going On express with way more than is allowed being obstinate and aggressive when they have to be refused. It isnt fair that only certain industries are allowed to be critiqued so fiercely. Let me come to someones office and tell them to stop being on Facebook or going on another bathroom break.

Convenient location, great selection of fresh produce, and ever greater offering of organic foods, international cuisine, and hard-to-find niche brands. Prices are fair, staff is courteous, and in the rare case of a poor quality item the customer service desk handles exchanges promptly and without hassle. Can be very crowded at certain times of day; shop early in the morning for a more peaceful experience and shorter checkout lines. Easy to stop in for groceries after a workout at Choice Fitness next door.

I shop the MB frequently in Woburn, Salem, NH and over on River St. But this one is just plain gross. Dirty, crowded, no seafood counterlimited groceries when compared to other stores. Take the extra 2 minutes and go to the one by the Groveland Bridge or over near Rte #110

Store sucks, and I live right accross the street from it, poor service and filthy as hell, go to the blg 19 one or the new one on lowell ave in haverhill, 100% cleaner and nicer............

Very suspect.... Dirty, no bakery selection, no seafood.... Just seems suspect... go to the one by Groveland - building 19 - its much cleaner and offers a better selection...

Central location to downtown. Located in a strip mall with other amenities. This branch is usually pretty busy, but well maintained.
