Been shopping at W.F. in Medford 4 times a week for years. Went there today, noticed the hot bar increased from $8.99 to $9.49 per lb. Also, they changed the packaging, making the new packaging larger, so youll fill up more! I believe $8.99 per lb. is more than enough for the hot bar (cooked foods). This company is getting extremely greedy. Also, the customer service/management is becoming very rude and non compliant. I noticed these reviews never mention the HIGH prices at this company (all stores). They are absolutely ridiculous, and getting worse. Not for the average family, thats for damn sure. If you go down the street, less than a mile you will come to the Stop and Shop (Somerville, Broadway) that carry many, many fresh foods, including organic and fresh seafood, for half the price of Whole Foods! We will be shopping there from this point forward, and saving plenty of money on a weekly basis! Good Bye W>F> you are becoming extremely greedy, and at this point will not be in business much longer/not affordable /understatement). JUST GREEDY!

This is one of the worst Whole Foods market Ive been too, not the only one! The people there were so rude to me and my mother, they made us return our food!The cashier, the team leader, and shifty were the worst least helpful.. it seemed to me they were racist against us since we are Mexican-MUSLIMS.. double worse for us in their eyes.. they treated us like criminals I will complain to their higher bosses... never coming back to this store or any of the WFM they are all racists specially to their immigrant employees having worked there and experiencing from their racist customers as well... its a supermarket built for the racist white people... I will boycott them! NEVER COMING BACK!

An employee named Vinnie is the reason i am writing this review. He has outstanding customer service skills, always has a smile, engages my kids in conversation, and is just a ray of sunshine while being efficient. Otherwise the store has a good selection, easy to park, literally 2 seconds away from the main road that leads to Rte 2.

My favorite whole foods! The store is huge and very organized and their prepared foods are so much better than arlington down the road. The staff is cheerful and motivated. Only downside is the traffic on rush hour but that store is worth driving a bit more. If you like whole foods youll love this store.

Great, small Whole Foods Market. Very friendly. Good selection. Not the overwhelming big, fancy market but down to earth, everyones market. Easy in and out. Actually some great bargains in the house brand, many are less expensive than other local markets.

Nice, big, clean store with lots of options, friendly staff, and is now owned by Amazon. Supposedly with lower prices but I didnt see anything astounding today. Also they are attached to a Starbucks and share the restroom with their customers.

Love the buffet bar, food is good but always dry..the steam table gets turned on & left on high all day & therefore thats why their food dries out..Ive pointed this out on several occasions and the problem never gets fixed!!.Too bad:(

Our local supermarket, so we go fairly often. Nearly all our encounters with staff have been positive, and the produce and meat options are the best in the area. Its not as cheap as other supermarkets, but you get what you pay for.

Great store. I love having it nearby. A bit pricey so we have to be careful what we buy here. The food bar is also a temptation. My son loves to pick these big heavy salads, with mac and cheese, which adds up quickly!

This is a really good Whole Foods, with a big buffet and great chocolate selection, but I cant give any Whole Foods 5 stars because of the ridiculous prices. I only go here for a few speciality items.
