I have always had good experiences here. Today i had my 2 crying children with me i needed to do an even exchange but forgot my receipt. The girl in front was super nice did the return and reordered the shoes for me since i had my hands full. I appreciated her patience (and her quickness) and then she kindly walked me to the front and held the door open for me since my hands were full with my girls. Simple kindness, but totally appreciated!

I love this clothing line and I love this store! I love that they have clothing cut for big ladies of all different shapes! As a woman who carries her weight differently than most, I spent many years feeling frustrated by the fashions available to me. Torrid has offered me clothing that makes me feel fresh, beautiful and sexy again! I couldnt have asked for more!

On 5/21/2017 walked in to shop but left with a headache and vomiting the smell of pine cleaner was so overwhelmeing the floor was so slippery and coated with the cleaner that I left my girlfriend in the store to finish the purchase.
