Very poor customer service. I was only able to get my money back after opening a dispute with my credit card. The items are very misrepresented. They are not the fabrics they say they are and look nothing like what the model is wearing. I called and emailed many times and only received a response when I said I was going to my credit card company. The owner then said she was doing me a favor by breaking her policy and giving me a refund!! You cant keep peoples money when you misrepresent your product! Its too bad they have such an opportunity to spread a wonderful message but they just seem to be greedy and lacking in customer service, Also its such a joke that they will call you back within 24 hours. Ive left many messages with no return call back. I see here that the owner responded, however each time I have talked to them and even now they still refuse to acknowledge the fact that their product is not what they say it is. even on the other negative review with the same issue, they refuse to address the issue, THE PRODUCT IS NOT REPRESENTED CORRECTLY. Also right after I posted my review within hours the owner had 3 different people (who probably work for her or are personal friends post 5 star reviews to boost her rating. Conflict of interest... and kinda strange since I posted my review at 9pm at night. She also deleted my review of her dress on her website. That doesnt show a fair representation of how people feel about the dress.

I am amazed at the variety and QUALITY of these beautiful dresses! Ive looked at MANY dresses and several sites to find exactly what I was looking for .... and I felt like the site conveyed the information I needed to make a good decision! Not only did my dresses (yes - plural ... I bought four!) come in the prettiest packaging, but they came in a timely manner. And exactly as described. The fit was perfect to my sizing ... and the MOST important thing to me - I was COMFORTABLE when I wore it! AND felt beautiful! Kim is a gifted designer who has worked hard to make something thats modern, fits well, but makes me feel uniquely beautiful every time I wear it! Grateful shes worked hard to get a lovely product out there for us!

My daughter purchased a dress off of this web site and they took her money. Then they wouldnt ship her the dress and they wouldnt answer several e-mails and phone calls from my daughter, my wife or me. They wouldnt answer the phone or return any of our many attempts to contact them to get her dress or her money back. Under NO circumstances should anyone do business with this company. It is a scam of the worst kind. Worse of all they are not honest with their fellow man. They should be made to remove this web site from off line.

I purchased two dresses. The Tammy Layered dress and the Kenzie T-shirt dress. My order arrived quickly and both dresses fit perfectly. I was worried that the dresses would wrinkle in my bag. However, they didnt wrinkle at all!! It has been refreshing to wear a dress that I love and feel comfortable in. I am 53" and the length is perfect. My niece wore a Perfect White dress to be married in and she looked absolutely gorgeous!! I would recommend purchasing!!

Do not bother ordering anything from this website ... the dress that arrived was NOTHING like what was pictured. The material was extremely thin making it see through, the seams were crooked, and the dress was mis-shaped & too short and Im only 5" 1". I tried to communicate with them and got no return phone calls or emails & your only option is in store credit for exchange.

How refreshing to have something original and stylish and well made with fabric that will last! Plus I love that they are branching out to make casual dresses for everyday where. The black striped dress with pockets has my name all over it!

The dress I bought is very comfortable. The fabric is nice a stretches enough to fit me while Im 8 months pregnant.
