I loved shopping here. My family and I have spent thousands here in our time going here. But will no longer shop here because of the dishonesty of the staff. On a Saturday My dad had left his card on the counter after a purchase. After leaving he realized he had left it there because it is the only place he shops at when coming to park city and driving from Holliday, Utah. We called Nike outlet and they confirmed that they had the card. We said we would return on Monday to pick it up because it was a long drive down and they would be closed when we got there. In between that time 800$ had been spent on the card. We called Nike outlet asking about the transactions on Monday when we were gonna drive down and pick up the card. And the Nike outlet staff had said they checked the security video and said they saw the staff member putting it into the safe after my dad had placed it on the counter and left. Well before we made the call to Nike outlet a call was made to our bank and asked about the time of the transactions and locations. And it was in between the time that he had left the card their at the Nike outlet location. So the card was in the hand of the employees of Nike outlet. Nike said they would recheck the footage and give us a call back. Well, they did and they denied all those transactions happened. I know we can pin point exactly who it is by going to the stores which were provided by my bank and go through the security camera on which register was used with the card. But will not, this is just to make those aware of the type of establishment the nike outlet in Park city is. Dishonest.... We are excited to try on addidas though.

I found the perfect pair of Nike shox on the clearance rack. I have a mens size 11 shoe, so finding a great fitting shoe on the clearance rack NEVER happens to me! Better yet, they were marked as $34.99! Holy crow! This must be my lucky day! So I go to pay for the shoes and Im so excited... The cashier scans the shoes and I proudly hand over $40 cash... But... They apparently rang up at $79.99... WHAT. THE. HELL?!?! So she calls over her manager to get an override, ok... Fair enough. The manager then comes over and accuses me of switching the boxes, even though the box states the shoe style and model number right on it! The stickers were all intact and in perfect shape. No tampering. So it was their pricing error. They then offered me 10% off, and REFUSED to sell them to me at the price that THEY marked them at!! Id give them 0 stars if I could. I will NEVER shop here again. Rude and demeaning.

I had a horrible experience I had to wait in line for a half hour why a manager named Joe couldnt figure out how to run a credit card for other customer . Then when I get up in line to return a pair of pants with my aunt Who bought me a pair of pants for Christmas and we brought the gift receipt and the original debit card that it was bought from and he was really rude would not exchange him and said all I can give you is in store credit. Even though we had the original credit card the person who bought it and gift receipt. He was extremely rude and was more worried about talking to other customers. On the plus side the girl who helped us originally was really helpful and kind. But Joe needs to learn how to treat customers better because we will never go back to Nike and will spend our money somewhere else .

The worker that helped me there was incompetent. I asked about the Nike fuel band and even though the gentleman/kid working there was wearing one he could not articulate the main features of it. I found out more on the sales banner than how he explained how it actually worked. He didnt even know if it had an android app. Then when I asked to see the back of the box for more information, he admitted to never reading the back. Ill stick to my fitbit although the app for Nike looked cool.

I love going to this store to find the best prices on shoes and clothes! They always seem to have exactly what I am looking for. My family seems to spend way less then we expect when we go to check out. I would highly recommend this store of all of your athletic clothing needs. Plus the store employees are very knowledgeable and willing to answer your questions. Keep up the great work!!!

I walked in and the first thing they said is were closing in 10 mins normally they dont close til 8 and when I checked the time it was 7:05. Not only that they gave me so much attitude just for asking if they could check to see if they had my size in the free run. I live in Vegas and people in Vegas love to take your money no matter what time it is..

After 15 minutes I finally tracked down someone to ask to check on a shoe size for me. She told me to ask someone else. He finally checked and said I dont have your size but I have an 8.5. I said Id like to try that. 5 minutes later he came back and said they didnt have them? Please work on your attention to customers and fix your inventory issues.

Great store! Hours are not the same as posted on this site. The NEW business hours are now Monday-Saturday (open doors at 9:00 AM-9:00 PM.) Sunday hours: (Open doors at 10 AM-7 PM.) Sunday hours sometimes changes in the summer.

Charge these prices, no public free use restrooms, you have to ask for a key. Then they are filthy and no toilet paper or soap? Really? Hmmm we can see where your focus is. NOT THE CUSTOMER!!

They give military discounts! They usually have sales running on clothing...and have purchased running shirts for over 50% off retail. Just need to keep an eye out for when they do a sale.
