I grew up in Salt Lake and have skied for pretty much my entire life. I competed on the US Ski Team in moguls for three years starting in 2006. I recently had my boots fitted by Brian Potempa at Gorsuch in Park City, and he was absolutely stellar. He used technology that seemed like it belonged in the future to digitally scan my foot, and then fit that scan to the inside of my boot with a computer program. The program then told him precisely where and how much to punch my boot, which he did in about 20 minutes. As the saying goes, the boot fits like a glove. The service at Gorsuch is remarkable, and Brian performed a professional custom boot fit that should have taken upwards of four hours in about an hour and a half. I understand that they can use this same technology to fit you into the best possible running shoe or hiking boot, which is pretty awesome! Nothing but good things to say about my experience there!

This is by far the most advance and thorough boot fitting experience of my life. I never knew all the things they could do not only to make a boot fit better but help your skiing. Ive been skiing for over 30 years and didnt know my boots didnt have to be painful!! This is by far the most comfortable boot Ive ever owned. Thank you so much for making my skiing more enjoyable!! Also, for someone who travels a lot I love the fact you get great high end service by locals who know and love the area. What a great addition to Main Street!

What a great upscale store! I was having problems with my boots and Brian Potempa took great care of me. He did a free scan on my foot with a very high tech machine to see what needed to be done to my boot for a better fit. He was very knowledgable and thorough and was able to fix my problems. If you need new boots or a custom fit I would highly recommend the guys at Gorsuch.

Ive been skiing for over 50 years, worked in a rental shop for 8 and I have never seen the service or staff knowledge I recently experienced at Gorsuch on Main Street. What an outstanding team!
