This Ross is a high volume location. With a full fledged mall (Tucson Mall) across the street, the customer base consists of primarily serious cut-throat shoppers. As a result, the place is usually crowded and frantic with the majority of customers being rude and pushy. The aisles are, at best, a disheveled mess. During a recent visit, customers were seen rudely discarding unwanted items with tactless disregard. The resulting chaos results in cluttered walkways and random disorganization throughout. Nonetheless, good deals abound at this location and new shipments will guarantee something for everyone.

Very dissapointing when using the fitting room. The woman in the fiiting room was very rude and unprofessional. Today is my last time buying from your store at oracle road and wetmore. I reported the incident with the cashier named Ana. She said she was going to let the manager know. But I truly doubt it she will. Ana was very professiona and polite. The woman from the fitting room should be retrained to work in customer service.

I am not usually over on that part of town so this one was a little different. Such as security guards, front and back. My son liked the mens dept the best. Had more selection than on the eastside of Tucson. The childrens toy area was on the messy side and could have had more books for children, but that is just my opinion for gifts to my grandchildren. I was surprised it was opened until 11:30 pm. Cashiers were friendly.

This location is always super busy, and theres never enough cashiers, the ones on register are always working hard. Employees try to keep it organized but theres just too much traffic to keep things in order, therefore, 70% of the tims is hard to find things in the right place. However, every once in a while you will find a gem.

Best Ross has pretty much anything that you need for you know pretty much anything its got school supplies its got person dressed where theres all sorts of stuff that you need that is out Ross and the customer service is pretty nice and why its a little bit ghetto is a very nice place to go if you want good deal on high-end items

It is very dirty store, the restrooms are horrible, the lines are always sooo long and the employees dont help you. The quality of most thing sold are not good especially the clothes. They are irregulars and you are not told that when you shop, also they throw away things in their dumpsters that could be donated...

I love shopping here, try to go at an earlier time or during the week. It gets crowded, a lot of the clothing, shoes, accessories and products get thrown around. If you go early, you can shop with a less crowd and everything is put back in place from the night before.

This Ross location is alright. They have the same low prices as all the other Rosss in town, but the staff leaves something to be desired, especially when it comes to those waiting on the fitting rooms. They tend to be a bit rude when speaking with customers.
