I had the WORST customer service experience that Ive ever encountered, at this Target. I was sold a broken tv and the store manager on duty could care less. She would not let me return, exchange or get store credit for the broken tv. I understand that there are policies in place, but as a manager, you should always be looking for SOMETHING to be done to make the customer feel like you care about their situation. This manager not only made me feel like she did not care AT ALL about the fact that I now have a broken $200 tv sitting in my house, but she also was extremely rude, conceited and very condescending. This manager, by far, has the worst customer service skills of any manager that Ive ever met. She should not be working in retail and Target should be embarrassed. As a result of the way that this store manager treated me, I will not be shopping at Target anymore. I will be purchasing everything on Amazon from now on.

The staff is helpful and you can always find someone close by. Everything is unorganized and cluttered, the layout doesnt make sense to me, but I am trying to give them time to work out the kinks. I do like the expanded $1 area in the front, but just about everything else had me ready to rip my hair out. The baby section is a bit hard to understand and there is way too much clearance jammed into a small space. I do also like the added inventory in the bedding and decor departments.

My wife and I have shopped at this Target nearly once a week (or every other week) for several years. The store is always clean, the staff has always been friendly, and quite frankly we enjoy this store WAY more than Walmart. The parking lot is a lot easier to get in and out of than Walmart too!! Products weve needed have always been in stock, and weve never had a hassle finding what we want.

Now that the store has a new branded look everything in the clothing deparment seems unoeganized and cluttered. It was hard to maneuver through the aisles with the shopping cart. With it being back to school shopping the racks were wipped out. While checking out employees seemed more focus on side conversation than assisting with my transaction.

Clearly marked on their pricing sheet is "passport photo $9.99" but when I asked to have one done, I was rudely told they dont do those by multiple Target employees. I pointed out it was on their sign and I was completly ignored and again told no. Maybe it was everyones bad day, but overall the employees were rude today.

Although our store is going through a major facelift right now, the staff is trying to make it as painless as possible - theyre proactive to help find items (even walking you across the store to make sure you find your way), and the cashiers are wonderful. We have a great Target in Bozeman.

I always enjoyed this Target store. The store is always clean and organized. The staff are always there to help if you do have a question. The Bozeman Target store is way better than the other Target stores that I have been to and the other ones are not even bad.

Always clean. Nice and helpful staff. You can buy stuff online and pick it up at the front. Some in-store prices dont match what is online (i.e more expensive). However, never an issue getting the price adjusted. I shop here over Walmart.

They have a great clothing selection, great staff and lines are usually short or go fast. They have good sales and toys and beauty sections are good but the arts and food are low on product.

I like this store for quick shopping trips for household, decorating items and party supplies. I also like the childrens clothing department. Prices are very competitive.

This Target saved Christmas. We ended up having to buy all new Christmas tree lights at nearly 9pm on Christmas eve. Thanks for staying open that late!
