Store looked okay (for a Ross). I had found some shorts I wanted to try on but the older woman working the back fitting room was either having a bad day or had something stuck up her pants; she was rude and felt so entitled, she blew up at me for handing her a pair of shorts without a hanger, after I apologized for leaving it in the fitting room, she demanded I go back and get it. I looked at her and said I would have no problem doing that if you would have had a better attitude or asked nicely.

This store is disgusting! Theres more merchandise on the floor than their is on the shelves so good luck trying to maneuver a shopping cart. What you do find on the shelves will probably be dirty, and or sticky. Most of the aisles have unattended children running around screaming or sitting/laying on the floor playing with toys. The employees are rude and appear to be completely miserable. Cant blame them. Unless every other store in Mesa is closed, I would not recommend this dump.

Im giving one star because this location was absolutely disgusting. I slipped numerous times on broken hangers and merchandise on the floor. Dressing rooms were dirty and over all this store looked like a tornado hit it. The only half decent thing about this store was the wait time for the line, the staff got the line down very fast. I will not be back, this was the first time I had been in a Ross in 4 years and definitely will be the last. Such a shame.

Swear that rude people always fill this store. Every time I come here no one is paying attention to their surroundings, and parents are letting their kids run around like savages. This makes it very overwhelming and not a fun atmosphere to be a part of. Decent styles available, but its really hit or miss at this location.

Most dirty Ross store Ive visited. If staff isnt friendly, I will give it 1 star because of the customers. The M customers here were horrible. They left unwanted cloth on the floor. They make this place like its the end of world.

Good. Clean. Same service as others. I bought a cable for my iphone "penguin" brand. It didnt work. Is there any quality control on electronics. I guess its difficult to apply. I ended up buying other goodies. Thanks!

Im a single dad shopping for school clothes with his 5 year old daughter... they wouldnt let us in the dressing room together! Good to know now, and that TJ Maxx and Old Navy are right next door.

Store is dirty, as is every other ross ive been to! Employees were nice at register, the ones on the floor did their own thing. Bad kids every where! But for the price you cant complain.
