I dont go anywhere else to sell my clothes unless Im desperate. The employees here have always treated me kindly so I continually bring things in. Be mindful of what you bring in, that it is in good condition and trendy because I do and I almost always recieve a lot of cash (and more in credit!) everytime I come in. While the store may seem unorganized and messy to some, the store is small but they have a lot of great inventory thus the staff needs time to sort through all of it. You can find really great deals if you care to look (I found a brand new Free People Dress for $25). I always recommend to my friends. I will caution that this particular location doesnt have buyers in on a consistent basis, especially not on Sundays. While it can be a little frustrating, its usually worth it if you just drop your stuff off and have them contact you later to pick it up a different day.

I took a giant bag of clothes, one of those huge black trash bags. And some shoes. They took pretty much all the sandals I brought over some being the ALDO, and took my Michael kors wallet and a few American eagle jeans and shorts. I was happy to hear they took something but I was only given 60$ for all of that. A single pair of Aldo shoes costs 60$. Michael kors wallet costs more. American eagle jeans and shorts easily 50$. I understand they need to make profit off the clothes but seriously! Only 60$? None of the items were stained, had tears or holes in them. I was expecting easily a 100$ for all of that but whatever I was in a hurry and didnt want to argue with the girls behind the counter. Take your clothes to my sisters closet and theyll give you way more money.

My experience was horrible. I wish there was a zero rating to give this store. If you are trying to sell your clothes make sure you visit the store when it is not busy. I took in a bag of clothes and waited an hour only to be told that none of my things were wanted. I watched the employee open my bag of clothes take out two or three shirts and then she placed everything back. She did not go through the clothes I bought. She simply took a glance at a couple items and chose not to go through the rest of the things. My bag contained many brand name items such as Nike and Adidas. Very disappointed, if you want to sell your clothes I suggest going to platos closet !!

was interested to sell my clothes their. Called around 11 in the morning on sunday to see if their buyer was going to be in and they said yes she will from 3-5. I get there at 3:30, she still isnt there. I check back at 4 they said shell be here in 10 minutes. So I decided to walk around the store, as i was walking i over heard another employee saying were not buying today the buyer called out sick. I was hoping for one of them to inform of that instead they didnt letting me waste about an hour on them. If youre looking to sell clothes here just make sure that they actually have a buyer in.

We decided to check place out since its only couple of miles from where we live, because of the area you would think the store smell clean and neatly organized I was so wrong! Very messy smells like goodwill and above we found items mostly very gettheo people. Dont waste your time there. I highly recommend a store call Clothes Mentor you will love this place if youre into excellent customer service, super clean and classy trendy items. I give it a 5 stars. Uptown Cheapstake if I could I would give it a BIG ZERO star.

Pretty good store but the employees are kinda rude, for example one day I went with my sister in law and my 2 year old nephew, and he was playing around and he had tripped and fell right in front of an employee and she didnt do anything when she was literally 2 feet away from him, my nephew fainted and it scared me and my sister in law but the lady didnt do anything, she didnt even ask if he was okay. They need better employees that at least act like they like their job.

We did school shopping there for my niece. I overheard the ladies behind the counter advise the customers who brought in trades -wow they offer GREAT credit value!! Very nice and professional staff. The store was very organized and well kept. My niece did want an outfit a mannequin was wearing but we were told due to a fashion show we wouldnt be able to bring home until Sunday. My 12 year old niece was devasted but whatever. Still a store worth going back.

I bought a dress there for my wedding dinner a couple months ago and I was happy. However I went back to sell some clothes and they took a look in the bag didnt pull anything out and said they were not going to take anything. I had stuff from anthropology and from BCBG. I know this store is more geared towards teens. A lot of the stuff at this store in Chandler was old, way too trendy, had holes and stains on it. Way too much stuf in the store too.

First time there, walked in saw their prices are outrageous and clothes have flaws. But thats not the worse part after walking around for some time no one said anything to me. I heard them talk to customers and saying have you heard about our specials... Goodwill is better than this place, smh. You may have to dig for the good brands but way worth it than driving here. Even Name Brand exchange is better than this place and I dont like them either.

One word: Auhmazing! I love shopping resale, but this thrift store takes the cake. I found brand new Toms, some cool jewelry, a J. Crew sweater, and an Anthropologie skirt. The skirt was literally $8 on sale. I havent sold clothes to them before, but they gave me a note saying what they would take, and I may be back with some of my closet. They pay cash or 25% more in store trade, which works well for me. Youll love it. Theyre nice, too!

Very rude salespeople. I had my client with me and the sales lady looked at her out of disgust like she didnt belong. I brought in a bag of clothes to sell with some being name brand with tags still on but I was informed that I needed to look around the store and see that they dont have "those styles." The store should be named "Uptown Snobs." Too bad the rating system doesnt give the option of a zero star.

Absolutely hands down the best consignment shop I have ever visited! The staff is Welcoming and Super Friendly. I am floored at how courteous and reasonable they were with my 2 transactions. They gave me fair price for my beloved items and were prompt. My New Go To!! AMAZING!!

This place has cool stuff sometimes and sometimes they dont. The only thing I dislike is their buying...I take in brand new name brand stuff and they just dont accept it. But when I go shopping there they have old raggedy things. Other than that the place is clean and friendly.
