Reading past comments is a shock! They must have a new manger because, I had such a great experience at Old Navy today. I HATE shopping. Yet, I have never been so pleased with a store and team of individuals. The employees were working focused and busy, yet took time to offer assistance to me and many others. The cashier was so kind and friendly and patient with me as I sorted though the needs vs wants for our family. She helped me to find a coupon I had signed up for, so I was able to buy all that I needed and more. I was so happy and thankful to her that I wanted to thank her manger, but she was the manager! I told her she was a blessing and thanked her again. What she doesnt know... Is that tonight she helped the family of a Veteran that can no longer work from serving and his family. What she didnt know... Is the prayer I carried in my heart, that I would be able to get the items my kids needed for Summer. We were able to buy our needs...and our wants. That is a feeling, I will cherish and hold dear to my heart. Thank you Old Navy - and The Manger that helped me tonight.

Where do I even start?! This place was a dump! There wasnt an inch of this place that wasnt a disaster. The employees were incredibly slow and not one of them knew what they were doing. One talked to me like I was a toddler. Things were falling apart, cupboards were missing doors. Seriously I couldnt help but laugh almost the entire time. Maybe I was being pranked? Thats the only explanation that makes sense for it being THAT bad. I will never step foot in the American Fork location ever again. Old Navy is usually my favorite place to shop. They need new management stat. Or just bulldoze the place. That might be the only option at this point.

i went to old navy to make a return. they close at 9 pm and i was hurrying from work. i got there at 8:52, and ran toward the doors. right as i got to the curb, the manager grabbed the door and began to lock it. there were still people at the desk making puchases, and i explained to her that i needed to return something. she said that they closed at 9 and i told her it wasnt 9 yet. (i even checked my phone and at this point--it was 8:55). then said sorry and laughed like it was funny and closed the door. i couldnt believe it. i havent shopped at old navy since.

Terrible customer service. Wanted an item for my daughter and it said they had 1 in store. Instead of looking around for it in the American Fork store...she called up to the Sandy store. After waiting 40 minutes to find out they had one left, I asked to hold it until tomorrow since it was already 7:30pm and I couldnt make it up to Sandy. They said no and that they would only hold it until the end of the night. Super annoying and inconvenient.

Service here was very accommodating. A size that I wanted was ordered online for me with no additional charge for shipping. The only thing I would have liked to see is the store kept up a little better from the tornado that always seems to hit it. Nice place for easy clothes.

The employees in this store are generally nice at the registers, but the employees walking around dont check in with customers. Im sure its difficult to maintain the store, but theres usually a couple tables or racks that are messy. Prices are always good though.

Service and help is SUPER slow and the store is super messy. Hard telling what items are sale/clearance and what arent, sizing isnt very organized, not enough staff at the counters... The staff that was there was VERY friendly and they had plenty of changing rooms.

SLOW! I am standing in line right now and there are eight of us and only two at the register. There is an employee folding clothes and not helping at the register. This is the second time I have complained about the lines. Nothing seems to change.

Its a decent store, you can tell they try to keep it clean and organized but its hard when it gets trashed during sales. the employees are pretty good at trying to help you and hold your stuff when needed.

I love Old Navy, but this particular store was kind of a mess. Clothes are in the right areas, you have to dig through a bunch to find the right sizes. It can be annoying if you are in a hurry.

I avoid this location, even though its closest to my home. The check out line is so very slow. Its frustrating to wait forever while you see 3 or 4 employees folding clothes.

Very friendly staff, old manager must have moved on. This store has a great selection, it is not over-shopped like the stores in Salt Lake County. Will definitely be back!

I try to buy a batman hat for my son whith not tag and they do not how to fund the code number and thy just tell me they dont sale the hat but the hat is online

Have always had great experiences with old navy! Only reason for 1 less star is that it is not always convenient to find sizing that is needed.
