I had a very similar experience to Nancy. I bought an outfit there for family pictures. The sweater I purchased shrunk several inches after one wash making it totally unwearable. I also bought an $18 statement necklace (usually never spend that much on a necklace but went all out for pictures). Immediately after the pictures one of the jewels fell off the necklace making it unwearable. I went back into the store not even asking for my money back but just asking for either an exchange or told them I wouldnt have been happy if they gave me just the piece itself that fell out. They told me their was nothing they could do for me and then actually said to me "You can just buy it again". Why in the heck would I repurchase a piece of crap necklace that fell apart after 1 wear? After I returned home I dropped the necklace two inches from the ground on to carpet and four more pieces came out. I cant believe they sell that type of junk for so high. Ill stick to cheap Forever 21 jewelery that lasts me far longer! Will never shop this store again, and will have no problems telling anyone I meet to never shop here either!

I really appreciate the warm greetings and customer service by Rachel. I bought a beautiful loose cardigan/kimono in black and white, it is so thick and warm and I love the different textures. I love little shops like this carry unique items. Its important to remember that to keep the quality of any piece of clothing, you should hand wash and lay to air dry, even if the tag says to machine wash and that goes for any brand at any store. I hand washed my cardigan and laid it to air dry and it still holds together and looks beautiful, its my favorite piece of clothing right now and Im craving to see anything else they might get in their store. And the store is so clean and pretty. The dressing rooms are huge, those things are just an added bonus.

If I could give this a zero star I would! I bought a shirt there, loved it, wore it once. I washed it in cold water and laid out flat to dry. It SHRUNK 6 inches in length and if I were a short fat hobbit it might have worked, but not so much really. I took it back to the store, not a week later...and they said, sorry its been washed we cant take it back!! really!!! IT"S BEEN WASHED!!!! Well duh, it wouldnt have shrunk if I never washed it. Well I learned two things here, Never wash my clothes and never go back in Bella Ella"s Boutique!

AMERICAN FORK STORE: When you get home, the clothes smell like grease, like grilled cheese sandwiches because the store is connected to a little cafe. You cant tell until you get home. I got home and tried on my clothes again and could smell it immediately. I had two other people come over and smell them because I thought I was being paranoid / crazy. I tried to take the clothes right back (within an hour of buying them) and they would only give me in store credit. Unless you want to smell like grease, I wouldnt shop here.

They treated my wife like a queen (which she is. If youre reading this Meghan, youre a queen)! We came in on a Saturday Evening to shop around; McKenzie and Erin found 6 or 7 great pieces for my wife to try on, and they doted on her for the better part of a half hour, allowing me time to read up on the NBA offseason on my phone. The missus really loves the way that the clothes fit, and the prices are fantastic for a boutique. Big thumbs up.

Decent customer service seems almost like a super power these days. Today Bella Ella went above and beyond to help me with a purchase. They tracked down a dress for me, and an employee drove it to a location closest to my home. Who does that? The employees are helpful, friendly, and down-to-earth. Super refreshing. Would highly recommend. Cute selection of modest and trendy clothes, and fantastic staff.

I love this store! My favorite thing is all of the girls there are so on top of the trends! They are so honest too..If they dont think what Im trying on is flattering, they always pull me something they think would be cuter and EVERY time it is!! They really know what they are doing! Its nice having people who care what I look like who arent just trying to get me to spend as much as Im willing!

Ashley was fantastic! I was in the store forever and tried on so many pieces. She was so patient and made sure to check on me every few minute to see if I needed anything and to make suggestions. We were there past closing time and she never made us feel rushed or like we were inconveniencing her by staying late. She truly gave fantastic customer service and gained a repeat customer!!

Bought 3 shirts and a dress at Bella Ella Boutique about 3 weeks ago. 2 of the shirts shirts are already ruined because they were terrible quality. One shrunk over 2 inches being washed on a gentle cycle, and the other faded and began pilling after one wash. I did not even dry them.

Awesome customer service! The girl working there was super nice and helpful but all the clothes I bought started pilling up after only a week wearing them. Really cute clothes but very overpriced for the quality of the clothing.

Bella Ella Rocks!!! And guess what?! They closed off their side of the store. Any problems with the clothes smelling is gone. They smell wonderful :) And... their SUPER cute. I love this store!
