While I make a habit of trying out as many Ross stores as I can because they are never all 100% the same, this is one of the more disappointing ones for sure. Their shelves usually tend to look like the place has been raided, either with things lying about or shelves just looking very barren. And dont be surprised if you have to wait in a huge queue to pay for a single item because only 2 cashiers are working to help a line of easily 20+ people at a time. Ive gone in there and found a badly broken item on the shelf and weeks later gone back there just to find the exact same item still on the shelf, and not even clearanced, so Im not sure how well the employees keep maintenance of the stock there at all. That said, as with all Ross stores, sometimes you will find something quite nice or even surprising enough that it can make the entire trip worth it, but dont be too surprised if you make a few trips there and they only disappoint you.

I like the prices and always find things to buy. I wish there was an app to enter & keep their receipts, get frequent buyer advantages and had some way to see the store inventory to a certain degree. The employees are generally nice- some more so than others. The store can appear messy and chaotic at times but its pretty understandable with how many people come and go. In order to find the things Im really looking for I find myself shopping at this Ross and the Orem Ross 1-3x a week. I also feel I have to look over almost every inch because of the disorganization. I wish they had more quantity of particular brands/ items as well as more stock and variety of the shoe sizes I need. Their return policy is also pretty decent. A big complaint I have is how difficult it is to navigate the aisles with a cart while other people with or without carts are in the same the aisle because the aisles arent wide enough.

The service here is worse each time I go in. Today I wanted to try on clothes and had to ask the dressing room clerk 3 times to help me both entering and exiting the dressing room. The aisles (not clothing racks) were so filled with stuff there was barely enough room for a cart. At the front of the store, the directions to the cash registers and returns were clearly identified, but carts and shelves blocked the way to the cash registers and there were no regular cash registers in operation. I had to turn my cart around, exit the roped off guide to the cash registers and go the "return" line where the only open cash register was. There were also carts everywhere by the exit making it hard to leave the store. I used to really love this store, but every time I go in I am reminded why I dont come in anymore.

By far one of my favorite stores, Ive found all of my black dress pants for work there. Current selection is small in that area. Great clothing options for women, the mens side is very limited. Picture frames and decorative artwork is always present. The shoes and accessories selection is varied. During their shoe week they have a much larger selection. I feel their advertisements are misleading during shoe and dress week, it says 80% off without clearly noting that none of these items are on sale. The normal signs state 80% off of retail.

The management and employees are utterly useless and no help at all! Terrible customer service and they really dont care about their customers! After an incident there, the cops couldnt get any footage and they helped more than the employees working there. They really need to get some training on how to be friendly and helpful. Im not going to this location again! I will go out of my way to avoid this store!

Horrible customer service at this location. I tried to purchase a hoodie today and while checking out the clerk noticed it had no tag. He told me that I couldnt buy it without a tag, I asked if I could go find another that had a tag. I could only find one other one and it didnt have a tag either! The clerk refused to do anything about it and wouldnt sell it to me! He was terribly rude!!!!!

This store is actually clean compared to done Ive been in and i really REALLY appreciate that. I wish consumers would be a little bit more respectful towards the merchandise but somethings you cant control. The staff is always friendly, but i really wish theyd have more than one-two cashiers... Ross should have a discount or shopper program because the line is so long sometimes...

Getting pretty ghetto. Stuff strewn all over. And the dressing room attendant needed a SERIOUS attitude adjustment. She literally murmured to herself quite loudly about how I didnt hang an item up for her and how pissed she was about it. Ive worked clothing retail so I didnt really care but 99% of customer hung items need to be redone. Maybe she was having a bad day . . .

When someone steals your credit card, they go shopping here, and Ross seems to welcome them with open arms. Their surveillance is completely useless: outdated and such bad quality that no images can be shared with investigators. You should care about protecting your honest consumers, Ross!

This has to be my favorite store ever!! Service ranges by location, but you cant beat the prices for good quality items! I think they get overstock from larger stores. Theres a lot of name brand stuff well below retail! Check it out!

A pretty standard Ross, but seems to have an awful lot of some things (shoes, mens shorts) but almost nothing in others (socks, underwear, hats). Friendly employees, though, and as always, great prices.

Never again. The single cashier that was helping people wasnt even paying attention, and two people were stocking hose and soap running cash register as well the line was halfway through the store.

Everytime Ive walked in Ive been greeted. I love that mens 14 shoe size is offered. The store is always picked up and doesnt feel cluttered or dirty. Its organized and well kept. I love it.

I love Ross because if you search you find good brands and good quality things there from show all the way to decorations. Just look carefully because you could find things with defect.

This Ross has a decent selection, but doesnt have as good of a selection as the Orem Ross location. It usually has a 5-10 minute waiting line.
