I havent been impressed with rue21. Where I was initially drawn to their very cheap clothes and sales, I quickly found that the clothing quality matches the price. Additionally, the staff at this location seems often disinterested and somewhat annoyed that youre there as a customer. Im not interested in going back.

I went to buy sunglasses around 10 when they open and the staff was very rude the whole time. When I left I told them to have a nice day and I hoped it would pick up for them. They didnt even say bye. If youre going to work in customer service you should at least pretend to be nice.

This store is always messy. Even though there arent many customers. It seems like the staff dont do anything when theyre not being watched.
